Great store , I like this store because it's the same employees at the store when I go shopping . The store is well stocked and if they dont have the part they will have it for you the next day. Not only did my part come in early morning but they called me to come pick it up. Employees are friendly and will check you car computer for a code if your check engine light comes on. Prices are better than Advanced auto .

Stopped by the store for a return. The manager (probably a part manager, an asian guy) refused to accept an opened item even within 90 days. I went to a NJ store and was able to return without a question. Disappointed by one of the largest auto supply shops.

Excellent service. They always assist unlike the one in Dyker heights on 86 near Bay7th (they suck). Manager is very nice. He changed my break light bulbs and a tech put oil in for me.

AutoZone advertises that they will help you with putting in whatever car product that you purchase at their store. Well, not the one on Richmond Ave. If you need help with putting in a car part, go to either a different AutoZone or a different auto parts store.

My car stalled in the middle of the parking lot and Jennifer, an autozone associate, was more than helpful, professional, and knowledgeable in her diagnostics of it being an alternator issue.

Exceptional service and knowledgable team! Very pleased. So I pulled my front bumper off when I parked at a concrete parking stopper. I was frazzled and wasn’t sure what to do. Thankfully there was an Autozone store right across the street. I walked in and Joey immediately said he’d look at it. He spent a lot of time tying it for me so that it wouldn’t fly off and I could travel safely. Thanks to them I felt so much better about my drive home. It’s so important to highlight exceptional customer service and this is one of them. If your car needs servicing and your want great service and people who know what they’re doing, this is the place to go. Thank you Richmond Autozone team!! 🙌🏾🙏🏾

This particular shop is the most professional on the island these guys take and do their jobs seriously, no attitude problems and no bull they help you and tell you the truth about products and parts . Wish the other shops where like this
