The USPS website says this location takes passport photos and by appointment only. I made an appointment two weeks ahead. They called at 6am the morning of the appointment to cancel and tell me they never do photo service. Because of the extremely late notice I couldn't even make a new appointment for the same day elsewhere.

I would give no stars if possible. The worst customer service, nobody ever answers the phones which is really inconvenient in a lot of ways. Mail gets delivered to the wrong house quite frequently. If it's delivered to the wrong neighbor they just throw our mail away. Pretty sad that the Onondaga Hill post office had turned into this. It USED to be a good place, with FRIENDLY and helpful staff. Gone are the good ole days.

This post office lost a very expensive and important document. It’s been near impossible to get any help other than excuses about how Covid is the cause of everything! No accountability at all! Excuses and apologies are useless if nothing is done! I’ve made calls, sent emails and nothing. Its created quite a mess!

The worst USPS place to go to never ship anything there they will lose your package. I went to pick up my package from their place after they sent me my notification and they couldn’t find it, losing my package.

Worst delivery service ever for the Onondaga Hill area. The mail is always shoved into my box, and damaged. Half of things are delivered and for the stuff that isn't, in the same day, they mark it as "could not access the delivery location" when they delivered most of it in the mailbox. It's no wonder why no reputable company uses USPS, and why they need a federal bail out every year. You people are WORTHLESS
