I see everyone’s bad reviews so I figured I’ll throw a good one in the mix. I’ve been going to this store for a little less than a year to ship goods from eBay. I never had a bad experience with the clerks there and they honestly deserve a huge raise after some of the shenanigans I’ve witnessed while in line. Some people are downright entitled, rude, and don’t understand that clerks are NOT carriers NOR do they have the authority to directly make changes. There’s limited capabilities in store and you coming in to scream at the clerk about an issue your carrier made is inappropriate and wastes everyone’s time. It’s a wonder anyone wants to work there with the horrible clientele. Thank you for always being reliable and helpful during checkout!

Worst post office around. Carriers are lazy. At least 2 times a month I get tracking numbers that say there was no access or dogs were interfering with delivery. I have a ring camera and it's always laughable to watch and see access, and zero animals. Watching the carrier walk by and not even attempt to stop. Lazy. There is no other word for this.

Awful service. Signed up for this local P.O. to hold mail while on vacation for a month, but they delivered it anyway. Had to have a friend pick up mail every day. Recently mail was sent to my home for my son's graduation from College and they sent it to a house across the street. The mail included cash and a check. The across the street neighbors have not return the mail with the graduation gift. I will place a formal complaint to the postmaster again.

Please train your postal carriers on how to read addresses correctly, I’m getting tired of delivering mail to different people. They are just looking at the number on the houses and not the whole address. This keeps up, you’ll need to put me on the payroll, not doing it for free anymore!

The worst post office how i have an email saying yes its in the Colvin post office n i get there oh no its not here then i give yall the pink slip that was in my mailbox and still cant find it. Hire better ppl the worker didnt even know you can email the usps 🤦🏽♂️

They are constantly lying saying that they can’t deliver my mail or my packages when I live in a house and my house has its own mailbox and I have no dogs outside. They constantly deliver the old tenants mail from almost 3 years ago that I have called every month and told them they don’t live here and I have returned to sender plus I put the names of people to only deliver but they don’t listen. Customer service don’t do nothing either. If there was a option to give them a zero I would.

I’m constantly getting wrong mail while my mailman walks around on his Bluetooth using his phone ( phone use is fine in my book .... IF the mail is being delivered correctly!!) I’ve complained directly to the post office before. Now there is a new system with an 800 number & a worthless automated system.

Was told by an employee to get a box and pack it a certain way for my product. When I followed his direction and went to the counter they told me that they could not send it, even though the employee implied that it was okay. Worst of all they forced me to buy the box. I would have expected more from the employees, terrible experience.

I had a very important paper that I needed to send to Albany to get my driver's license renew Thursday to ensure that it arrived on Friday I asked the postal worker to send it next-day Priority Mail today I put my tracking number in turns to find out she sent a $0.49 letter cost me $6.70 on a two-day tour of New York state currently my package is in Rochester using the US Postal Service to get their mail delivered she did me wrong cuz I really need this done today so it's going to arrive on Saturday businesses office are closed on Saturday hopefully they'll send it back and we can do this All Over Again

Was supposed to get a package (it was a gift for a friend) but they decided not to deliver my package because they "couldn't access my front door" even though I was home all day. My friend didn't get their gift because these lazy bums didn't want to bring my package to my door once again, even though it fit in my mailbox and they've left packages in front of my door before. Not the first time it has happened either.
