This place was absolutely amazing! Firstly was the timing! I was told it was the end of the month, they were very busy, and it could take them up to a month to get my car back to me. I got it back in 7 business days! What!! Secondly the communication. Almost every single day they called me to let me know how my car was doing and that we were on track for the day they said I would get it back. Thirdly when there was other problems with the paint that I had not noticed they made sure that I was aware of them and fixed them! Finally everyone in the office I talked to was amazing. From scheduling to get in there, to talking to the insurance,and communicating all steps of the process. They have been so amazing! I will recommend them to everyone. I was blown away by how fast they got my car back to me!!

The team at Caliber Collision in Webster, NY is awesome! My car was rear ended while at a complete stop by an F350 going over 55 mph, to which the whole back and undercarriage of my car was destroyed and had to be replaced. The Caliber team took great care of me, keeping me updated 2x per week to let me know what was going on, all while working to make sure to get everything perfectly aligned and have my car look brand new (with new, Subaru parts) once I got it back.
