Usually really friendly staff but not uncommon to make errors. I ordered well done pizza with parmesian twists . I received a barely cooked pizza (center was wet and soggy), parmesian bites, and the cheese dipping sauce was so over cooked that it was completely solid in the pan. not exactly the same

2nd straight time I've ordered online where my order was not correct. I ordered 2 pan pizza with EXTRA pepperoni, and when I arrive and check it out, it doesn't have extra. When a customer orders AND pays for extra, it better have extra, not 6 more pieces. Looks like I'll be going to Pizza Hut next time. Domino's, that's BAD business !!!

Many great menu choices. Pizza is always perfect, Hot with our choice toppings. Domino's App is easy to use, lets you store favorite orders to make reordering easy. Fantastic people, unbelievably fast delivery. Glad Domino's came back to Webster N.Y. with great new owner! 10 stars!

Tried to order a large 3- topping pizza for pickup and the clerk tried to charge me $20 instead of the special of $8.63. The employee then hung up on me and didn’t give me a chance to correct my order though I have never had to mention the special before. When my husband called back and asked to speak to the manager she became belligerent and nasty. “I am not going to let you get my employee in trouble. I was right there and she was right”. And it’s my last day so I won’t get in trouble either.” We have never been treated that way by anyone!

Really enjoy Dominos pizza. I use to get their pizza many years ago and for some reason with all the choices out there I stopped. But after seeing a commercial or two I noticed the change and different options and now it's our new favorite. There's not a store nearby so usually I'll go out of my way when leaving work. Taste is completely different and we will be seeing you a lot more. Thank you

Nice and place with good seating for eating in. The pizza is great! Looks like a nice place to hangout with friends and groups of children for sports team meals after a game. TVs up for further entertainment and have NFL games on Sunday to view while eating in. Staff is very friendly and the keep the restaurant clean.
