Nice staff and pricing has been better than Amazon ,However!! make sure you are getting the price listed on the shelf because often it is higher at the register and no I am not confused with the sales I am talking normal shelf tag pricing.

This was a disappointing vist, but it ended up ok. This location needs management on staff, and needs to deal with customer matters, promptly. Jullian in the Banfield Pet Hospital helped out, but I had to let her know that I would file a complaint with corporate office. Hospital is not properly organized in regards to appointments for vets. Grooming my be better, but as for now, I will evaluate my next vet appointment. TY to Dr Ortiz and Jillian for at least providing Ruger, my bestbuddy with his needed shots today..

We bought our son his first ever Hampster. The Webster Holt Road store had exceptional customer service. Betsy was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and wonderful with our 4 year old son. Aaron, one of the managers was also professional and kind while explaining processes and procedures. We highly recommend Webster Holt Road Let Smart.

I have been getting my dog groomed here for awhile, but now that my dog is old and has an immune disorder, Petsmart will not groom her due to their rabies policy. I had my dog blood tested to show she has been vaccinated so many times that she maintains antibodies and is protected against rabies, and have an exemption from the vet showing this, but they still refuse to groom her. Very short sighted as many senior dogs have this condition and cannot get another rabies vaccination yet are still protected against rabies.

They have the things I need to keep my cat happy and healthy. I have never had issues with this store. Always have the food and litter in stock that I like to purchase. We also keep our 20 gallon fresh water fish tank and small betta fish tank maintained with supplies from this store.

Just got a new puppy and found out PetSmart has a program for new puppies! For $20 you will receive a coupon book that is good for a free health checkup (includes updates booster shots) and microchip, grooming bath session, 1 puppy training class, 15 dollars off your first bag of food, and many other coupons are included. What a perfect deal!!! I highly recommend coming here first with your new puppy!
