I always have problems filling my pets’ prescriptions at this pharmacy. Even when I call a week in advance, it’s never ready for pick up. There are constantly issues of no refills remaining or expired prescriptions but the pharmacy never contacts myself or my vet to correct the problem. I’ve followed up regarding flea prevention nearly every day for a week to no avail. The money I save really isn’t worth the headache. I’m told that if I had a written prescription it would be a smoother process but honestly I’m too frustrated with the system to continue trying.
