What a good experience at Verizon today! Not. I paid $1000 dollars cash for a new phone - I knew I was gonna have to. It was the easiest sale for them ever. When she took it out of the box I was like, “whoa that’s not the color I thought it would be”, and she said, “it will be a $50 dollar restocking fee to choose a different one”. Like what? Okay, whatever. I kept it. So then I go to set it up and she threatens a $30 dollar service fee to answer questions or help me get the phone going! I was like dang am I allowed to sit here? And she said only until the iCloud account gets set up and then it would be $30 dollars. Crazy! Pretty bad customer service, I plan to switch services now.

Customer service is all they have. Great for anyone looking to be oversold on something that is 100% not worth the money. Barely holds any stock in store. Don't let them put a screen protector on for you. Haven't had a good experience here and I've been multiple times.

I'm pretty sure the 5G slower than 4G on Verizon. I'm always waiting for something to load. I don't even really think I'm on 5G. They just have a symbol that pops up

My experience today is too long to write on this review so I will write this: Verizon is too big now. All the smaller carriers must use Verizon’s towers, so changing providers just downgrades an already bad situation. Verizon could care less about long term customers, or Veterans for that matter (do not give lip service to military people, retirees or veterans and then be snarky, belittling, rude and condescending) in the same breath. Verizon is awful, just awful, and yet they are so big now most of us are stuck with this level of customer care and customer service from them. They no longer care about their customers. If this is the level of professionalism at a Corporate Store, then I will go start to shop Verizon Franchise stores again. The bottom line…they just do not HAVE to care about any customer service, they can charge any and all the crazy fees (“upgrade fee”) they want, they can make a mistake based on a young salesman misunderstanding and charge a “restocking fee”, they can ignore my request to know whether there is a better deal is online or in the store (or... in a Franchise store) and sell me a full price phone they have in stock. But worst of all, they can be snarky, arrogant, unhelpful, and condescending while they do it all. They get away with it all now, and we have no recourse because they own the towers. There is no regional manager any more, just an EMAIL on a sticky note and sarcasm. It is a sad “behemoth, monopoly” situation. As everyone else says…. if I could give them NO STARS, I would have. And, maybe, skip the Corporate Store on Tunnel Rd until they get a better manager than "Alex" and head to a Verizon franchise somewhere else for now.

An employee here gave us blatantly false information regarding trading in our iphone 12 despite asking multiple, explicit questions regarding the trade in and we now have a $700 credit we can essentially do nothing with. So we are now out $700 we will not see back. We have had good experiences at this store besides this one negative, but very major one. If someone could please reach out so that i could discuss the situation, i would greatly appreciate it.

Very professional staff who know what they're doing technically. The staff weren't interested in simply "making a sale," but were interested in helping me solve my problem. I'm sure that I'll be back again!

I’ve had Verizon for over 15 years and service was good. I called about having a weak signal where I use to have a strong signal in my neighborhood. Got the run around for over two hours, I finally asked about a signal booster and they denied my request with no consideration. I will be moving service to another carrier.

Joshua Waldrop was courteous and professional! He resolved my phone issues and gave information about preventing them in the future. I will come back to buy new phones in the future. Thank you Joshua!

** Update*** Why is Verizon service having so many issues? It is getting worse and worse every year. I believe we soon will be switching carriers if this continues. *********Staff are very knowledgeable but the deals are definitely at Best buy. I hate Verizon charges so much tax especially to loyal LONG TIME Customers. There should be better prices for LTC and then we would shop through Verizon Always.

The salesperson was not very knowledgeable. I asked for the specs comparing the cameras on two different models of the Pixel. I was told he did not have that information. I thought he would follow up by looking it up, but he did not.
