This store is only schedule from 9am-5pm M-F, and closed Sat&Sun. It still can't open when it's supposed to.

Rarely opens at 8am like their answering service and online info says they're supposed to. Went over just before 9:30 today, two empty cars out front but store locked. Some employees are often rude, and can often be heard screaming at people.

Go somewhere else, employees and manager both rude and unprofessional. Still true to this day. Never know if they will be open or closed at any given time. They never answer the phone and the employees do not care.

LatoyaThe manager at this location should be elevated to the next level. Her csr Deasia is exceptional as well. This store and the old Statesville road location should be the flagship and standard of which all stores should be measured by. Neat and clean well stocked and organized are two words that best describes these two stores. I visited the location of 2716 West Sugar Creek Rd on Saturday September 16th and was blown away by degree of cleanliness and professionalism.

Typical Family Dollar. Low to moderate pricing. Sometimes, depending what you're looking for, it might be out of stock. Cashiers will usually help if you can't find it on the shelf. Seems like they're always stocking the shelves as it looks like there's always boxes in the aisles. Line can get to be very long at times but they will get another register open. Employees are spread thin, trying to work registers and stock shelves at the same time. Be patient with them please.

it was closed- it looks like a shut down, which is a good thing!!! This Family Dollar Has to be the worst managed store in Charlotte period...not just for the consumer, their staff as well.....

Parking Lot was Litter with Trash.. Little Stock on Shelves. Very Junky and Messy Sore One Cashier 7 people on line. No assistance. THE WORST EVER... 1+.. The Cashier wasn't Nasty.🤷🏽♀️ "Help Wanted"

One gentleman who was stalking was nice and helped me find what I was looking for he even walked me all the way to the item. It seemed like they had more than enough staff there. However the cashiers were very unprofessional and were more focused on talking then helping me check out. The cashier actually made a mistake on my transaction and the manager had to come over and help her. So maybe it deserves two stars but I gave it 3 because they were still nice however unprofessional.
