I have been here before and enjoyed my drink. This time I went they didn't have a certain item for the drink I asked for so I got something else. The drink I got had pieces of plastic in it. Why? I do not know.

Staff is always changing and they never seem to be on the same page. I've seen the managers speak harshly to the employees, roll their eyes at customers, and never have any urgency to serve the customers. This store is too new to already be going to the wayside. It starts with management. Get better leaders and you get better service. Wake Coffee Company is just across the highway - better coffee, better drinks, and better staff. Support local and not this giant conglomerate that obviously doesn't care!

They’re so nice here. I ordered a drink without changing the milk to nonfat and they made me a new one so nicely even though it was definitely my fault💀❤️

I left Seattle before the coffee thing started. I needed a place to meet someone to talk and went in. Small tables and laptops every where. Reminds me of the 60's cafés .

I was loving this location when they first opened up. However, I have noticed that the quality has dropped severely the last few weeks. I put in a mobile order almost every day. It makes my commute easier when I can pull through the drive thru and my order is already ready. That has not been the case for the last few weeks. Ordered ahead only to have to wait as they prepare it while I'm at the window. Today I ordered a toasted plain bagel and coffee. Coffee was right but only after sitting at the window for over ten mins. Then I had to ask for my bagel and the cashier gave me an ice cold raisen bagel that hadn't been toasted/warmed. This is frustrating. Especially since I was rushing to work and didn't realize until I had already left. Not sure what's happening there but to be this new of a location and already slipping in quality...feels like something is wrong here.

Purchased breakfast this morning and my debit card was not given back to me and two unauthorized purchases from starbucks is on my card. Card the store and they have my card but I was told they can not do anything about the unauthorized purchases on my card and to call corporate. Very unacc4

Constant changes in staff and high employee turnover leads to inconsistency. A simple cup of coffee will taste different every time you go.

Ordered a tall for my daughter, got a Venti... loved the size not the price. Also ordered a double chocolate chip frap, got a mocha frap instead. Didn't realize until after driving away :( If you come here, make sure they get your order correct.

Ever since this location opened it is an equal distance from my home as an alternative location. However, I now come to this location every time! This location seems to have helped distribute the demand for Starbucks coffee so the line always moves quickly, my drink is always made perfectly and tastes fantastic, and the customer service is amazing! Today my barista actually said the words to me, “I made this drink with love.” It made my day!
