Why would you say you’re 24 hrs when you’re not???? I cannot stand where places do that.

I love coming to this store, it’s like a neighborhood store. The folks smile and offer any help I need.

Like any other place these days, they just lock the doors whenever they please. No idea how the general manager doesn’t realize that zero sales happen at certain hours. The best part about it is the cashier just sits at the counter and waves at you when the doors are locked.

Place is a joke. The hours are whatever the current staff wants them to be. Lived here 2+ yrs and walked half a mile so many times just to get there and doors locked with no explanation. Sometimes staff just sitting inside. Wouldnt open. Noticed someone tried to rip the door off recently... completely understand that guys frustration hah. Seriously, I understand the issue with keeping employees, but either pay better or adjust your advertised. OR just bulldoze the place and put something there that can actually serve the public.

There’s always something about this 7/11. Either their rewards don’t work, card machine doesn’t work, or EBT. Avoid this one

They accused me of stealing and locked me in the store. They say they close when they aren't doing anything but sitting on their phones. They say they dont do cash back and they charge double for everything. I will go to corporate about this. Worst 7/11 in SouthEnd, Charlotte North Carolina.

Maybe it's custom in different countries but I made a purchase there and instead of bagging the cashier just threw a bag at me without a word. I asked him about it. He bagged 1 item and left the rest for me. ?

This a really sketchy and unsafe 7-11. Truly a shame because of how central and convenient the location is for a lot of people in South End. It's a popular hangout spot for homeless people. The inside is small and dirty. The employees are rude who act inconvenienced by your business. There are pictures on the wall of armed robbery suspects who raided the store at an earlier date. Do not go alone at night.

Literally the worst people the worst staff that could ever exist, they say they are open 24 hrs however when me and my fiancé arrived at 4 am the doors were locked. We asked why the door is locked and it doesn't say they close at a specific time. The cashier (huge African man) let us in and then refused to sell us what we asked for, in fact he threw the items on the floor after we simply asked what was wrong. He then proceeded to allow a Caucasian woman purchase a bottle of water and still refused to let us purchase our items' mind you we live on South end, we have a house here, and we go to this 7-11 often. Anyway, we had to basically bum down and demean ourselves to ask this Caucasian lady to purchase the items for us and we gave her the money. I called and called and I still have not heard from the owner, and this happened Saturday July 14th. The men here (employees) are always making me feel uncomfortable by staring in the most perverse ways and then this! I live here and I just grab my items pay and leave, it is not fair to not be able to go to a gas station because there is a lack of training employees on proper customer service! They literally suck at customer service and if I don't hear back soon, it is going to be another case for discrimination. Period

Very friendly staff and clean for a Seven Eleven. The parking area is pretty small though. There's not a lot of room to back out, especially if others are getting gas.
