I saw Jordan Coggin for a routine physical and she was extremely nice and helpful. I was let back as soon as I arrived and the visit took 15 minutes tops. Jordan was professional and courteous, and talked with me the entire time! Highly recommend.

Forget their schedule. It says they're open until 7:30, but we went there at 6:15. All the apps were taken but Noone was waiting. Few minutes later a woman stuck her head out of the appointment room and asked if I had an appt. I relied I don't, but since Noone was in the waiting room I was hoping I could get in. Without a word, she ducked back in the exam room. 20 mins later, she came out ,looked at me and said you're not getting an appt tonight, we stopped taking patients at 6:40

My daughter was seen by Jordan at this MinuteClinic. Jordan was extremely professional and is clearly very knowledgeable. During crazy times like these, it's great to know there are empathetic care givers like her to help us get through.

To begin, if a rater provides negative feedback without detailed explanation then something's not right. Saying they won't go back doesn't cut it in my book. I would be telling it all. Right?! I have preferred visiting these NPs over my GP when addressing minor ailments and questions for several years. My 12 and 19 yr-old boys also think highly of these ladies. They speak to each's age level to insure that my boys understand what's going on with their own bodies at the time. This is group competent. They are observant and reference when needed without hesitation. They are kind and take adequate time with patients. They are truly a help to my family.

I arrived at 5:10 with my daughter on a Saturday and the clinic closes at 5:30. Nurse refused to see her because 1 nurse had a current patient and it was apparently too close to 5:30 for her to see my 3-year-old (mind you, I think she has an ear infection so not a complicated diagnosis). She went into the clinic room before I could even speak with her. Terrible customer service.

I'm not sure of the physician's name that i seen (she had on leggings and dark hair) but she was absolutely amazing. She took her time with me and explained in detail every question I had. Was in and out in less than 20 minutes including getting my prescription. I will definitely be back.

I came in for a walk in appointment. The nurse practitioner that saw me was very friendly. She listened to me and asked good follow up questions. She made being sick a little less awful. She did mention that she is not always at this location.

I went to this clinic months ago to get treatment for a soar throat, and to have my birth control prescription refilled. The lady assured me she wrote my prescription for the generic version of my pills (which is less than half the cost of the regular ones). I went to the cvs closer to my house to get my prescription filled and was informed that it was not for the cheapest, it was for the highest. They couldn't change it I had to get who wrote the script to do so. I called the minute clinic to have it changed right away. The lady who wrote it told me I would have to come back in and pay another $150 fee to have her change it. Absolutely ridiculous. Not only did this happen, but I paid my bill in full the day of my visit that was over $225, not including my prescriptions. Only to receive a random call from a debt collector saying I have a balance of $40 for a counseling fee for my visit to the cvs minute clinic (counseling fee for a minute clinic, really!!), I always pay my bill in full. This is a complete scam. Why wasn't I informed of this ridiculous fee the day I was seen? While I was at the clinic the lady didn't even seem to know how to enter data into the system, she had to reenter my information three different times! I was very patient with her, thinking maybe she was new or something. However that is not the case, she is clearly unqualified for her job and other people have to pay for her mistakes (as well as she was rude to me because she couldn't do her job effectively). Do not go here, you will be scammed and have to go through way more trouble than it is worth. The long blonde hair lady seemed nice, but I did not get her as my doctor. I got the rude shorter haired lady who needs to be fired.

The ratings were pretty bad but I knew I had a bad sinus infection and needed to be seen on a Sunday. I was honestly expecting to go in and have to deal with long wait times, physicians who could care less. But I was extremely surprised!! I waited maybe 5 minutes, the physician was upbeat, caring and prescribed me what I needed. I had my 4 month old daughter and she chatted it up with her as well. She took her time and listened to my symptoms. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. I know places like this can get busy and have long wait times but today wasn't one of them. Happy with my visit at the Sam Furr Rd Minute Clinic!

Very disappointed with this CVS minute clinic. I arrived at 7:12 pm and the store clerk showed me where to check in on the computer. Meanwhile the door opens and 2 young women walk out and state they are closed. I advise them that I rushed over to the store because I have pink eye and from out of town. I had spent the entire afternoon with my Mom at the doctor's office and she had Pneumonia. I hadn't realized that I had pink eye until I had returned home that evening. The young lady stated that she would be back in the Minute Clinic at 8:30 in the morning. The lady also stated that the pink eye might go away??? I went to the pharmacy and spoke with the pharmacist who stated that my pink eye would not go away without medicine. I ended up going down the road to Family & Urgent Care/Novant Health Lakeside Family Medicine in Cornelius and fortunately I was able to see someone in minutes and get my prescription that night. I was not feeling any love from CVS and will definitely avoid them when I return to Arizona.
