Top notch customer service here. There are at least 3 other DL offices closer to me. You simply walk in, scan QR code on the sign with your phone, then they text you your number in line. You sit in the lobby and wait. No appointment necessary! Other locations will turn you away if you don't have an appointment....especially if you show up in the afternoon. All the staff there are very polite and helpful. I highly recommend! I'll gladly go 30 minutes away for their awesome service.

I went for real ID today and process was very smooth . I got myself scheduled online. The office is clean and cozy. Examiner Jeffries very pleasant and accommodating to me being Hard of hearing. Very pleasant experience.

Sign would helped as 2 DMV employees said they had decreased staff so no driving tests at that time and gave to one's waiting a number to call. Otherwise ok as in /out in approx. 2 hours. I was #9 before doors opened at 0800. My REAL ID took only 15 mins to get. All I needed was my licence,birth certificate and marriage license. Cost $14.

Showed up at 7:30 am for a walk in (opens at 8). Was out by 9am. Not a bad wait for a walk-in. If you are looking to do a walk-in show up before 7:45 since the line gets long after then.

Got Real.id on 8-18, the employee I had was so kind, energetic and knew her stuff. She gave me the best experience at a DMV ever.

Staff was very pleasant and accommodating. Only reason it wasn't 5 is because they were short staffed, but that's not on-duty folks fault.

Standard DMV experience. I went early Monday morning, no reservation as all the time slots were full. When you get there, don't forget to read the sign and text the number to get in line virtually. Waited about 30 minutes in the seating area and was able to be seen pretty quickly. Staff was pretty dry, but they got me out in less than 15 minutes for drivers license and real ID. Have your paper all together and in a folder and bring between $20 and $60 depending on your renewals or other stuff you need to file. 9/10, I'll definitely go to this license office again. It's a government establishment, are you really expecting this to be a trip to the Apple store?

* Please like our reviews.* Please note that during COVID they are not doing any walk-ins. Appointments only via online site. *(See pic for website.) Wheelchair accessible.This has to be one of the most pleasant DMV experiences I have had. Was updating my license. The employees were imformative and professional. They walled me through everything and were the friendliest folks. There were only 3 counters open and a few cusomers being helped while a few waited outside. The staff were knowlegable and helped me to setup my voter's registration as well. You won't need to print and fill out the voter's application form as it is all done via computer system. I included pics of the fees involved with services. Overall wait time with appointment was under 5 minutes the 1rst time. Had to rush home for more documents and when I returned I waited another 5 min. Not one employee was curt or rude. Everyone was simply lovely. Thank you Garner DMV for all you do. We greatly appreciate your service to this community.
