The lady that did shots in the back was rude she was not empathetic towards my puppy I explained I just got him and he had been abused in the past he was not acting up and backed up on her leg a little and she proceeded to yell at me and said unkind things I don’t see why he is 3 months and it’s not like she would’ve fallen or anything very unprofessional.

Usually good service but today I bought chicks and asked for 6 and guess the lady didn’t know how to count only 4 were in box when opened I know I should have checked when she gave me box but like I said usually good service idk what was going on in her head

I called asking if they vaccinate puppies they said no the vet in the back does I asked how do I talk/call them to ask she didn’t respond then hanged up 😕

I found the floor staff to be slow in responding to assistance requests. Had to ask cashier three times to page for help. I buy my canine vaccines here and they are in date, stocked and refrigerated. I also bought my mower blades, safe and chicken supplies here.. Three stars for lax floor staff.
