Friendly, but I would suggest giving people the option to personalize their account/cellular information… I’ve never had any cricket store employee just randomly input things in for me without asking me first. Can’t say I’m satisfied with my experience at this location :/

Unless you are Hispanic the staff are rude and mean. Those two girls working there are racist, rude, slow and etc. They act like they don't want to be bothered with you as soon as you walk in. Made me cancel my service with cricket.

Managed to deactivate all phones on our plan instead of just adding a new one. Twas the manager too which makes it all a bit more special.

Very knowledgeable staff . Easy to find location but in a tight parking lot . Really liked the lady at the counter . She knew what she was doing and we were not waiting forever. Such a nice staff and clean location .

I had never actually come into a cricket store until today the service was slow they were rude and didn’t act like they wanted to help me at all a young lady was attempting to get something ahead of me I heard the owner call her a rude name in Spanish for no reason at all these people are nasty with people this is the reason I decided to go with Verizon yes my bill is more but the customer service is so much better. These people need to be trained to treat people better if you hate your job stay home!!!!

pay 60 a month never get service nobody in the stores seems to want to help on top of that this particular store their own sales rep erica has texted me out of the blue after getting a new phone and getting everything switched over she also typed her name and number in contacts which i didnt give approval to do i will be switching service very soon to someone who actually gives what you pay for also all yall ever do is apologize how about instead hire people that know what their doing and get rid of the ones with poor customer service all i ever see them do when i go in is sit in a chair all day staring at their phone including when customers are in their
