Let me start by saying I have been a Verizon customer a long time, but this is the 1st time I have used this location. For the customer service I received, I should have stayed home and ordered the new phone online. I had to do everything except retrieve the new phone myself anyway. Getting a new phone from them has been the worst ordeal. The Rep was not helpful other than, here's your stuff in a bag, bye. Wouldn't answer direct questions about services, all they were worried about was getting you a new phone and out the door. When asked if they were going to set the new phone up, they said, "No, you have to do that, I can't open the box, and if I do it there is a $30 fee to set it up". Two days later, we are still trying to get one of the phones set up. When asked if you don't open the box, how do we know the new phone isn't damaged or non functional, we were told, "oh, I can't open the box, you can just bring it back". They did manage to give me a shipping box with half legible label to return my trade-in phones (which now I have to waste more time and gas to deal with). No help with accessories that have minimal directions (screen protectors, cases, etc.). When we asked if we would have phone service until we got home and set the new phone up, we were told "yes, your old phone will work until the new one is set up and activated".....well, the old phone had already been deactivated by the time we walked out the door, so we didn't have any service half of the night. This Verizon store is the worst location I have dealt within the Verizon Network. If this is how Verizon is going to be from now on, it may be time to make a carrier change.

Queshon and Regan went above and beyond to ensure that we didn't leave without being 100% satisfied. I am ecstatic with their customer service and I personally think they should get a raise 👌🏾. Thank you Verizon!!

Worst customer service ever experienced while getting new phones. We had ZERO phone service when we left because the salesperson refused to take the phones out of their packaging and set them up while we were in the store. We have to send our old phones back via UPS, which makes no sense. I'm right here, phone in hand, why do we want to risk in-transit damage (which would be Verizon's fault entirely) when I can hand you my old phones now, which is how it's been done in the past. Our old phones were deactivated so we had no service upon leaving. We were also NOT told that our credit is added to our bill after old phones returned. If this kind of thing doesn't change we will eventually change carriers. I feel ripped off after paying taxes and fees up front on two $1000 phones.

Wait time was rather long. They need to have more techies to handle their volume of customers. Technician admitted not knowing how to exactly solve my problem. He did reset the phone & it seemed to help somewhat. On a more positive note, they do not rush you once a Technician works with you.

This is arguably the worst Verizon store ive ever been to. The staff are extremely rude to its customers and every time ive ever been in there, ive had to go back 2, 3 times just to get them to fix a problem they caused.

Useless management taking inventory with a lobby full of customers instead of helping someone herself. Sold me an overpriced useless phone mount for my car for $75 that broke within a week and then made me wait 30-45 mins just to return it.

I’m so upset. I was lied to about a rebate that I finally got after being in limbo for awhile. After countless calls where I was transferred numerous times, hung up on several times still nothing. The chat feature is no help as you’re waiting an extremely long time for answers just for them to not provide any answers. I’ve called customer service, called the rebate center, I’ve even gone to the store 2 times. I’ve had a manager tell me after giving me her direct number that I’d have the rebate plus my old phone to use to get a new one. I was then told by another manager while in store this evening that is not the case. I feel like I was baited into this contract. There is no way I would’ve activated my old phone if I knew it would be another whole year before I could upgrade because of the rebate. There have been way too many people telling me too many different things. I just feel as if I lied to. I feel like y’all’s salespeople do this with no regard to how people are feeling or what’s going on in their lives. I really need a functioning phone & was looking forward to using my rebate for that purpose. Now I’m in a contract with a phone that may be on its last leg. Before doing this review I’ve tried calling countless times, chat with several different people, and social media (Twitter). My family & I have been with Verizon since Alltel. Everyone around me has service with Verizon and they’re watching closely as to how this is handled.

Shawn made transferring from a different service & transferring from a different account (along with upgrades of course) with my husband very, very easy and painless! He worked with us and gave us a ton of insight on which phones would be good for our lifestyles, and I definitely felt like he was being honest when most salesmen try to get money out of you. If he had any question about what we asked, he double checked with someone else instead of just saying “I don’t know” which I really appreciate. If you’re looking for someone to trust he is the one to work with!

I came in on a Saturday because my phone started acting up, they were busy but incredibly efficient with the check in & made sure everyone was acknowledged! I worked with Peter and he was AWESOME! Great customer service 11/10! Thank you Peter and Ty for making my stressful situation enjoyable & fun!!
