The lady in the seafood dept keeps me from shopping there. Everything I shop there she talks me out of what I want! That isn’t customer service friendly. She needs to be in a factory, we’re things are repetitive. She may even be the manager. Either I will not return again

The customer service representatives understand that it is ALL about making a customer feel important. The store is clean. The displays are placed in such a way there is room to shop without bumping into merchandise. Breads, fish, meats, etc., are fresh and pleasing to the eye. Employees were not blocking aisles by putting food on the shelves. I had a very pleasant shopping experience. My groceries were bagged AND an employee put the groceries they bagged into the cart/buggie. Then one of the employees asked if they could help me take my groceries to the car... It was a busy day and they actually took an interest in helping me take my groceries to my car! Most impressive. My service dog was treated with respect and was happy to get all the smiles. Customer service is lacking in Western Carolina. I was a business instructor for a private business school in San Antonio, Texas. Customer service was part of the curriculum I taught. How to make a customer feel important, how to deal with an irate customer, etc... I'm very happy that there is a business here that understands it's ALL about Customer Service. Thank you. I will continue to shop at Publix and be sure to tell everyone I know of your company's ideals that you instill in your employees.

This grocery store always has the obscure ingredients that I need. Thanks for carrying orange cake mix so I can make my husband his favorite Harvey Wallbanger Cake. 😊 When I don't bake, I buy my cakes here because they have a real bakery and their cakes are delicious! Oh and did I mention $5 Sushi Wednesdays or their Boars Head sub sandwiches?? Delicious!!

Brian in the meat department is amazing! Had a last minute dinner that he helped me cut and package a full Filet for. Above and beyond!!

This store has the freshest produce and the best meat buys. We love it! Keep an eye on their flyer and plan your menu. It's worth the trip! Nice people too.

Went in to the deli department people were fast and courteous. Got what I needed and checked out. Better than Lowes Foods. Store was nice and neat and cleaned. I will come here again.

I had had a very bad day today. When I walked in the door at the store I was greeted by a man with a huge smile, so pleasant, he asked me how I was doing. He was just so happy. And then everyone in the store was just so helpful and then I get to the checkout and the checkout girl has this huge smile and talk to me about my horrible no Good very bad Day and they just changed my whole day!!! Thank you guys!!!!!

Staff is always friendly and helpful but they are a bit over priced. The deli does a nice job with their prepared foods. The wings are huge and the Sweet Home Sriracha is incredible!

What a great adventure this was stopped in to say hello to my favorite Florida supermarket . Everybody was super friendly. It was very nice to have some of the same products I'm used to Bay area public stores

Always bought Publix brand Reduced fat provolone Cheese slices and never had a problem...comes in 8 slice packs...and was easy to separate the slices for sandwiches...last packs are totally different, you cannot separate the slices...wanted to make a sandwich and ended up with a true mess, 10 or more globs because you simply cannot separate the slices...this suddenly started happening and nobody will pay attention to solving the problem...just want to give you money back...but that doesn't solve the problem when you need the reduced fat provolone Cheese...hard to make a sandwich with dollar bills and change
