My husband and I recently moved to a new home and virtually furnished our entire home with American Design Furniture by Monroe. By the way, they don’t just sell traditional furniture. What we bought was mostly contemporary or transitional. We have bought a lot of furniture in our lifetime and could not be more impressed with the quality of the furniture. We checked out the quality at their warehouse in Richmond but just about everything we bought from their website we bought sight unseen. Besides the quality of the furniture, we very impressed with Dianne and Donald’s professionalism. Very service oriented, they delivered on every promise and deadline. They made things easy. And I should mention that the prices are very reasonable.

I received beautiful furniture delivered to my home at a really amazing price. I had been looking at bedroom furniture for weeks before deciding to go with American Design Furniture. I'm glad I did. I got a very high quality bedroom suit. They delivered it very quickly and assembled the bed and dresser/mirror. They were super easy to deal with. I could not be more pleased. I will definitely do business with them again.

We recently purchased some of these furnishings through a company that uses this furniture to stage model homes. We are very impressed with the quality and quite happy with the pricing. After looking for almost a year at many different sets it was a godsend to have the professional guidance from Dianne. We barely had to lift a finger. With just one phone call everything was taken care of for us. No more stressful trips to store after store.Everything from beginning to the end was easily handled and stress-free. Delivery was great as they set everything up in our room just the way we wanted it AT NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE. It was very helpful not having to drag my kids to another store and having someone take care of me instead. Bravo.

Better Quality, Better Prices Beautiful furniture with great customer follow up. Their team made a home run with our family. We purchased one time used model home furniture for our entire home. We were in a very stressful place as our home was destroyed in a home fire. Starting over was overwhelming and I didn't really know where to start. I started out on Craigslist because we really couldn't afford retail. However, I wanted the highest quality to decorate our home and bring back some sense of normalcy to our lives. They went out of their way to be empathetic, understanding, courteous and prompt All of which were highly appreciated under such stressful conditions. The entire experience was exceptional in every way. I have already referred them to family and friends.

Calling off of a Craigslist ad for model home furnishings was a bit unusual and I was skeptical at first. But from my first conversation with the designer I was taken back by her candor, honesty and willingness to assist me in furnishing my first place. My funds were very limited but my expectations were very high. They helped me get the most impact working within my budget. The Yorkshire set has the smoothest glides on the drawers and it is so very sturdy I imagine it will last me for a lifetime. I feel like royalty when I awake in the morning. I can only do one room at a time, but insisted on the highest quality at the best prices. I am looking forward to working with Dianne again in the future a she assists me in the design of my new place without paying for interior design consultations. She spent a lot of time with me on phone calls giving me suggestions at no cost to me. An unusual way to do business these days more like the old days my mom speaks of. The highest of recommendations to all that were involved.

My friend's can't stop commenting on my new furniture and how expensive it must have been. Mum, is the word but I purchased this furniture from a designer of model homes. They purchase from this manufacturer to decorate model homes for builders..We purchased at deep discounts not only beautiful furniture but much higher quality than we could ever have afforded. We always wanted high quality designer furniture but could never rationalize the prices at retail stores. The retail stores Pricing always comes with those little EXTRA CHARGES that they don't tell you about. No hidden fees here bottom line pricing, no delivery charge and even set it all up for FREE. A most favorable transaction.

Bought unique furniture from a model home decorator in one of the easiest transactions ever. Was going through a divorce and not wanting to put out the effort to shop to furnish a new place. We guys hate to shop anyway. Isn't that the cause of some divorcees? Anyhow, I reluctantly called about a king sized bedroom set on Craigslist and they even listened to my grunts and groans about the demise of my 21 year relationship. My needs were met quickly and effortlessly on my part and I saved money too. It was so effortless that I purchased all of my furnishings for my new condo. Everything is comfortable, functional at almost too good to be true prices.

My Madison office suite was delivered. The desk and credenza are well constructed. The credenza hutch has a touch lighting system that I did not know about until the delivery. Plenty of filing cabinets every thing I wanted.

This appears to be a complete scam. We ordered a set of furniture from Dianne and went to pick it up and it is mass produced, low quality, furniture. We had purchased the sinking springs bedroom set and the only thing that appears to actually be solid wood or at all oak is the tops of the cabinets. Construction is very cheap with very thin materials. Only the backs of the drawers are dovetailed and the fronts are simply stapled to the sides. This set is a $800-$1,000 set, at best. There is a reason that you can't get in touch with anyone directly at the company - it appears just to be a front for a imported mass produced furniture scam. If you look closely online you can see other places sell the sinking springs set under a different name and it appears to be made in Hong Kong. This should be illegal! Fortunately we were hadn't paid yet and were only out time and fuel to go pick it up. Thank goodness I would have been sick otherwise.
