always very pleasant and highly efficient at this location, this is my preferred post office as they have such sweet ladies helping with my packages, always polite and helpful with me and i have observed the same kindness and helpfulness with others they serve

Absolutely the worst! They don't know where they leave their mail at! I get a pink slip at my door and when I go pick it up they can't find it. I call the main number, they also can't find it. Why even leave the pink slip and take my important letter back with you if you're going to lose it?!?

Some of the rudest things I’ve ever encountered! I don’t consider them people! I scheduled a pickup for a package yesterday and the carrier never came to pick it up. I’ve called three times this morning and have been hung up on twice! What kind of place would allow their employees to treat people this way?!

This is the only time in my life I’ve ever had problems with my mail, I don’t receive my mail on time or at all then when you call and speak to the people working there they’re rude and don’t care about what’s going on. When you think about moving I don’t think anyone uses the mail service as a reason to move but that is my NUMBER ONE reason why I will be moving from this area because this postal service is the worst I’ve ever had to deal with and don’t want to deal with them anymore.

Wish I could give this location no stars. Have never had any issues with this location prior to today. The lady that handled my package was not only rude , but extremely disrespectful and to give me a hard time over which particular tape to use for what I was sending was ridiculous and could've been handled in a better way. I don't know what her issues was prior nor do I care. Customer service matters and if you can't talk to people in a civil manner without sounding hostile then get another job that's not in customer service. Do better

The passport lady is so rude. I had heard from two others that she’s rude, but decided to go myself because it’s more convenient. I rescheduled & will be driving 25min out of my way to avoid her because she has ZERO people skills. I was super nice considering I couldn’t complete my appointment & she really could care less about anyone. She’s there to punch the clock & get out & it’s pretty clear. I like the post office people, never gad an issue, but forget going to the passport office unless you don’t mind rude people.

I have video proof how in just 7 days the mail carrier pretend to stop at my house to “drop” the mail when it’s actually not doing it. From all the mail they lost I only received 1 today. They lost my w2s and college important documents and checks. This is not the first time I make a review about this place, been multiple. So I think is time to take legal action about this because it’s been almost two year with the same issue (I have video proof, audios recordings, video proof of the post master at my house, etc.)From all the states I lived, this place, this city and this post office has the must disgusting service including discrimination, the crew always making fun of the people, when customer turn their back to leave. So much to say

I don’t even know, how this post office still there or even the “professional” clerk they hired. I have a year dealing with this people. The “supervisor” think this is a joke or what. But my mail are getting lost, I’ve been receiving the mail from other peoples addresses, my neighbors leaving my mail at my door, me dropping peoples mail at their door, my mail it’s around my neighborhood. And fun fact I have video proof of everything, because I have security cameras. At this point most of my personal and important mail, are lost I don’t even know where they are, I have no idea. Thanks to the front clerk at this post office I will never step inside that post office, are the most undesirable humans. The post master are never available, and I don’t even know if the mail carrier don’t know how to read. If you can’t do a job or don’t love a job with that level of responsibility get something else. Playing with people important personal documents it’s not a joke, or part of your job. And don’t bring your personal, home problems and negative energy to your job, it’s not others fault.

Thankfully I will be moving soon so I will not have to deal with this post office in regards to my hold mail requests. Twice I had stated I would pick up my mail they were holding the day after the hold expired. Twice when I went to pick it up I was told that there was no mail for me downstairs. Both times I received all the mail about a week later in my box at my apartment complex. Hoping that the next place I move to will actually honor my request in regards to holding my mail.
