If you are a T-Mobile customer I strongly suggest you switch to another carrier. I was a sprint customer for over 25 years and I have to leave due to horrible customer service. So sad.

Traded in 3 phones this morning. Customer service was great. It took a minute to get the offers all in, but we received exactly what we were told by T-Mobile on the promotions. So glad I switched from Verizon.

Shanell was very helpful and patient today. She listened to my issue and figured out how to get it resolved. After two trips to another location my frustration was building but I feel satisfied things are now on the right track. Update ... went in today and Nay took care of me. She had me in and out in less than 10 minutes with a new phone.

Worst customer service ever experienced! These people are the perfect example of what bureaucracy means. All of them have vocation of not helping each other. Looking their own branch benefit, despite they are a whole company; t-mobile. So, if you want to have always some sort of problem, get T-Mobile. And if you love to be treated like you’re nothing that matters, go to this branch. That’s all there is to say. Reply to your response: “less-than ideal experience” you said. This is exactly what I’m talking about, a team of arrogant people, who think they are more than you, superior.

I am very happy and totally satisfied with all the employees at my local T-Mobile store on blossom Street in Columbia they have helped me with issues on my phone and they are always cheerful with great positive attitudes, Jacob, Bea, Diamond, and the rest of the staff there always make you feel welcome and they help you immediately !👍

Everytime I go to the store I end up having a ball and laughing to tears while getting excellent service. Always a well stocked store as well. I was even able to find a watch in the size and color that I wanted that I wasn't able to find at any other store or even online.
