According to the guys working there, they don't have any prepaid phones. I use AT&T prepaid service and my charging port is messed up. I went to this store to buy a phone and transfer service. Hi, do you have any prepaid phones. No, we don't have any phones, but we can set you up with service. How can they set me up with service if they don't have any phones? Besides, I already had service, but switched companies yesterday. Thank you for NOT helping me. :-)

Don’t ever walk into this store! These guys will mislead you and then tell you to call customer service to fix anything! Go to cross hill or just take care of your business online!

Ron was amazing, originally we tried to set up services online but that became complicated we went in store to get some assistance and we received outstanding services. Easy, outgoing, patient, and very light. 10/10 Recommend this location, I will be making this my #1 AT&T! Thank you Ron

I was walking around and happened upon this AT&T store and I tell you what! Exceptional customer service. Im not from that area. But the locals must be lucky to have such great workers at this location. It’s a well organized store too!

Stopped to buy a phone and they had no phones available to buy. Don't understand why this place is even open if they don't have any phones for sale. Store must be run by clowns.

They will lie to you to upsell accessories!! They will tell you if you buy the att screen protector that it has a lifetime warranty.. it does not!! If you ever need to replace your screen protector at any art in the world there is a $10 per replacement charge!! Buy the zagg brand one from Best Buy where it actually is lifetime warranty with free replacement!! Scammy a** sales people!!

I’m a long time AT&T customer, and I’ve been to this particular store multiple times and always had a good experience there. I was considering ordering an Apple phone and watch upgrade online via AT&T’s website, but decided to go in to the store to handle it instead after I had a few questions. Ron M. assisted me today, and he was the best AT&T employee I’ve ever worked with. He was very knowledgeable and helped me quickly review and select my options, and now I feel confident I’ve made the best decisions on my upgrades with his help. He did a great job explaining all the equipment and plan differences and could answer all my questions well. I appreciated that he offered to help me transfer my old phone and watch over to the new ones when they arrive, too. Great customer service. Thanks, Ron M.! Appreciate your help. My experience in the At&t store on Gervais Strret was very positive. The store was very clean and quite organized, to say the least. Ive been in various At&t stores where items were so disorganized to the point where i just walked out. The owner of this At&t store was very engaging and knowledgeable as well as polite. He knew what he was doing and very on-point when giving advice about a particular product i pointed out to him and answered every single question asked of him. I will definitely recommend my friends and family to visit this store and buy merchandise; no one will be disappointed with the quality of care and service they'll receive here. Worst customer service, better use hotline. They open and close as they please. This Saturday I came at 4 (It's open until 7) just to find a sign "will return at 5". When I came back at 5, there was a sign "will return at 6". Even though, there was somebody in the store! I knocked but they hid in the back. Pathetic and inacceptable for the most expensive provider. My contract did not work, I could not call or use my phone for days. I heard that wasn't the first time they do that
