6 Best cell phone store in Columbia, South Carolina (SC) 2024

Went in recently because I was having connectivity issues (which never got resolved), and the manager made unauthorized changes to my account. He opened a new line, and added “home Wi-Fi” without my authorization. After going back he took it off my account, and followed up with corporate to be sure it was actually removed. I’d stay clear. Be sure to check your account for any unauthorized changes/charges. ~Michael

Kristie and Avery were wonderful and extremely helpful with all of our needs while in store. Couldn’t have had a better experience. Worst customer service ever experienced! These people are the perfect example of what bureaucracy means. All of them have vocation of not helping each other. Looking their own branch benefit, despite they are a whole company; t-mobile. So, if you want to have always some sort of problem, get T-Mobile. And if you love to be treated like you’re nothing that matters, go to this branch. That’s all there is to say. Reply to your response: “less-than ideal experience” you said. This is exactly what I’m talking about, a team of arrogant people, who think they are more than you, superior. ~dami

Ron was amazing, originally we tried to set up services online but that became complicated we went in store to get some assistance and we received outstanding services. Easy, outgoing, patient, and very light. 10/10 Recommend this location, I will be making this my #1 AT&T! Thank you Ron ~Elsa

The staff at the Columbia store are fantastic. Belen was very patient and did everything in her power to unravel the issues not caused by her or her team. She owned and did her best to resolve and help and for that I appreciate her assistance! ~Ian

I came to this location on 08/25/2022. My fiance went into this location to try and get a new phone. We were told by the worker, that the cheapest phone they have is $180 because they have to bundle now when you get a new phone (Phone, phone case screen protector etc.)we come In today thinking we saved $100. We were told that the exact phone she got offline, they sell for $20 cheaper. We paid $80 for the phone. Asked em how much it would be out the door if we had bought the phone at this location. $140 out the door... DO NOT USE THIS STORE! The chick that came in on a tow truck lied. Won't be using this store or any other store owned by this person again. SHUT IT DOWN! ~Matthew
