I Purchased a phone from them a year ago. Came in to add my daughter onto my account and discovered T-Mobile had let someone obtain a free phone and line on my account. At this time it has been a month a they are still stating there was no fraud committed. I have now called the police to file a report and contacting a lawyer to pursue this case further. I do not Recommend this store at all!!!!

Employee was not very helpful. She didn't seem to know what she was doing. The wait time was longer than it should have been , because she couldn't navigate the computer very well. Boo T mobile!

I recently received two upgraded iPhones for my teenagers. We had agreed a bit of difficulty setting up their iCloud accounts and one of the Sim cards was defective. I brought everything into Jonas at the store on Forest Drive and he helped me. He was so patient and helping set up new iCloud accounts for my children, show me safety features and restrictions, replacing Sim cards. She was such a help and I was stressed out after struggling at home alone for several hours. Thanks so much Jonas!

I visited this store after going to another location & the sales representative by the name of Kayla made my experience phenomenal. She’s so welcoming, kind & was very informative. Any questions I had on a product she was there to answer it. She’s a great sales person & has a lot of knowledge on the products that’s in store. She’s not pushy & if you’re unsure of something she makes sure whatever choice you make fits your liking. Kudos to Kayla for making my experience so great. This location will be my to go place when I visit any T Mobile store.

This store location is by far the best store i ever been to. My occupation requires me to be on the move from state to state and In a timely manner so you can imagine how many T-Mobile stores I have came across! However this store is by far 5 stars. The employees (Kordell & Kayla ) showed me today that this generation still has hope. They had manners, very educated in their job , and even made me feel special by just having conversation while fixing my phone issues. I will definitely be back to this location and most certainly do recommend this location to others! Great customer service and handle task in a proficient timely manner.

Worst store ever...1 star is generous!! No one knew what they were doing, they could not even complete simple tasks like payment with the tablets. The employees were joking around and cutting up but didn't have a clue about their actual job. Waited 2.5 hours to get an Apple watch added to my account. They called the manager, not on duty 6 times to ask for help...he didn't have a clue either!!

I recently visited this T-Mobile, I was taken care of by Kayla B and she was exceptional when helping me upgrade to my current cell phone. Ms. Kayla made my visit worthwhile, easy, and she also made me feel welcomed. I appreciate her for the customer service.
