Went in recently because I was having connectivity issues (which never got resolved), and the manager made unauthorized changes to my account. He opened a new line, and added “home Wi-Fi” without my authorization. After going back he took it off my account, and followed up with corporate to be sure it was actually removed. I’d stay clear. Be sure to check your account for any unauthorized changes/charges.

I just left the t mobile store feeling accomplished. Thank you Jay and J Cole for listening and taking care of my needs. I would recommend this store to my friends and family. The staff was amazing and I'll back to do more business with you all.

I shop at the Mall once a week and I usually go into T-Mobile as well. Well to start I stopped by T-MOBILE about a month ago and purchased the iPhone 13 pro, a very expensive case for it, charger and the privacy screen. Well over 1,000 dollars and 150.00 in accessory's. They informed me the privacy screen would come unlimited to replace if it gets cracked. Well I took it in 2 weeks later to get replaced and they tell me they can't because they don't have any. So I left and came back 2 weeks later and this time they had them in-stock and still could not replace it they said because the manager is not there to override it. My question to the employee is why do you need a manager to approve something that is promised to every customer when they purchase screen protectors??? This pretty much is a scam at this location!!! Please be aware of this TMOBILE store in the mall. They do not mind selling you products but when it comes down to taking care of you after its sold you will not get the service that should be required and expected as a customer. The young lady was nice but it's obvious the manager has all of them under a leash when it comes down to giving the customers 100 percent customer satisfaction if he/she is not there. They are always low on inventory as well. I would not expect T-Mobile to allow such embarrassment to there name that they are building. I strongly suggest some type of audits from T-Mobile themselves because it will hurt their image if not. I hate i switched from Verizon because you always got good service from them. I guess trying to save money by switching providers is not always the best solution. Better to pay a little more to get treated better.

So I would just like to say that this is my favorite store! I won’t go to any other T-Mobile as long as Leslie works there! She is by far the best T-Mobile rep I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Any time I am in distress over my account or anything having to do with my phone, she does not hesitate to help me! She’s by far the greatest and always seems to put a smile on my face! Best customer service award goes to her! Shout out to you honey. I know I’m in good hands. 🙂

T-Mobile gets a zero for rating! If you have auto pay they try to take the payment out whenever they want to, even though you only authorized a certain day. Then they take your payment and say they did not receive it, causing you to have. to get proof from your bank to prove the money was actually withdrawn by T-Mobile. On top of all of that the phones suck and so does there service!!! Nothing but PROBLEM'S since I started doing business with this company!!! I would not recommend T-Mobile to my worst enemy!!!

Went into the store to get help with switching my line over. This amazing woman named Samantha took care of me right before she went to break, but then she had to go so she passed me on to Jose and then I suddenly had a HORRIBLE experience. He called customer care for me and kept referring to me as “he & his”. I tried show him my ID to show him that I was clearly a female but he continued to call me a male. I felt very disrespected. If I ever need to go in that store I’m only going to see Samantha.
