I just left there at 8:25 PM they don't close to 9pm and I was only trying to pick up a order that they just called me about at 7:20 tonight and they are at the door saying they are closed and the 3 poeple in there they are just to sorry to do there job

Seems to be a misnamed store. No shoes for working out. All looked like high-end fashion shoes. Maybe it's time for a name change? Oh and customer service is horrendous.

Horrible customer service! Do not even waste your time. Wasn’t even approached not once the whole time I was in the store. Associates have snobby attitudes.

The staff at this store is the worst no one in there has any customer service skills I went in there and my son was wanting to purchase 3 pairs of shoes and the girl at the counter was busy skinning and grinning with same guys that wasn't buying anything not once ask us could she help us and I sat down in the store to see how long it would take her and she never came and I have spent alot of money at your Hibbett stores and if you cant get no better service than this you need to hire new staff but I will not be going back in there I took my business elsewhere because I will not beg you and pay you to
