My father and I were so impressed by Myra’s determination and knowledge at the T-Mobile store. We made the switch from Verizon, with three numbers and 4 devices. One was very tricky, being a tablet and phone for my visually impaired mother. Myra persevered and got it all done by closing time! Excellent work!

Jordan C is amazing! She helped me transfer 2 phones from another carrier, port over our numbers, and set up T-Mobile internet while simultaneously helping another customer move his data to a new phone AND help another associate help yet another customer. Oh yeah, she also answered the phone and greeted everyone as they came in. She never missed a beat. Thanks Jordan!

This is second time I tried to go in T 5:30 pm . Store closes at 8 pm. I knocked on the door and the guy inside showed me that he is closed . I think owners need to know that this guy shuts down the store 2.5 hours early . How crazy is this ? Twice in 2 weeks .

I've gone to this store twice in the last few weeks and had fabulous customer service. The first was to get a new iPhone the second was today to get an Apple watch. Both times the store was moderately busy and the manager, Sabrina, was handling things for me and also helping her staff move things along. Great customer service there and they are great at multi-tasking. We all know getting a new phone can be like buying a car...not there.

I am a baby boomer that was born and raised in Brooklyn New York! I am writing this candid review on behalf of T-Mobile's Management and Staff located at store #1166 on Fisher Farm Rd. in Matthews North Carolina 28105. I had the fortunate opportunity to be greeted into the store by a staff member named Jeremy: who offered me his services! I expressed the anxiety and apprehension that I had, due to losing information and data years ago during the transfer process after I bought a new phone! Jeremy assured me that I would not have that problem now because of the New and Improved Transfer System that was Ushered In by Bluetooth! I had the pleasure of meeting quite a few staff members, due to several visits to that T-Mobile location. Although Jeremy, Alexandria, Ivan, Scott, and Chevy displayed Excellent Customer Service Skills and were very Professional: This review is being submitted to Highlight the Digital Triathlete Abilities of Store Manager Sabrina Connors: Exclusively! Sabrina sold me a OnePlus Nord N200 5g as she reassured me that the data transfer would be safe on my new device! Yes! The Bluetooth transfer system was great but not as amazing as Sabrina's Technological Skills and Product Familiarity that she displayed; as she dominated the tedious task of transferring my digital information from one device to another! Sabrina was and is tenacious!! I appreciate Ms. Sabrina Connors for giving me the ultimate in Customer Service, by keeping me front and center as she multitasked, putting out fires that were generated by some perplexed staff members dealing with other T-Mobile customer issues and situations! Sabrina had me Spellbound and Captivated by her Level of Confidence, Technical Savvy and Positive Attitude I told the entire T-Mobile team that I was there newest "Family Member" as I left the store: Totally Satisfied!!!😀

This store (manager Sabrina and Sales Associate Jeremiah Martin store #1166- 3114 FINCHER FARM RD CHARLOTTE NC)allowed a customer to walk into the store with a fake Id and purchase items under my name and address with an id that didn't even match the information they have on screen. Not even sure what information was asked(worried about a sale) of the criminal because Sabrina-manager and Jeremiah Martin doesn't have the professionalism or common courtesy to return my phone calls and I have been a customer with this company for 12 years. I was alerted by a Police offer thankful and also unaware of how the whole process went down thanks to the Store Employee for not taking the time to return a phone call. Starting to think it was a inside job between the EMPLOYEES...
