I really like this store, mostly. They're friendly and it's right up the road from my apartment. However, the money order service was down a couple of times and that was inconvenient. And they seem to be out of key items a lot but overall I still shop here the most .

If I got to self check out I expect to bag my groceries and put them in the cart but consistently when I go to the regular checkout l consistently have to reach over to put my bags in my cart a petty complaint possibly but it's a total annoyance when that's part of their Job.

This usta be my go to grocery store, got to know day time staff well, most are super friendly and helpful. I personally do not recommend shopping during the night shift due to staff, except the manager. You will more than likely be doing self checkout regardless of cart size. This was of couple weeks ago as I haven't returned.

I went to this location on 8/21/2022. I only went to pick up a few things because it was convenient. I will never get anything from the Deli department ever again. I asked for some imported ham and cheese and asked for it to be sliced thin almost like paper. When I opened it up today. I had the very first slice of an open package and it was not sliced as I had asked. There was only one person and it wasn't busy so I don't understand why I wasn't given great customer service as I deserved. I should bring it back to the store for a refund. It's not what I asked for. I should have went to the other location which seems to give better customer service and more product of what I wanted to buy. Wegmans it is for me for any lunch meat.

A great place for your food needs. Prices are good and they have a variety of foods for everyone like Hispanic, Asian, international, etc.

Things r hard 2 find. Arrangements of shelves don't make sense intuitively. They have seedless watermelon upfront but seeded watermelons hidden all the way in the back room. Bizar!

What’s the point of things being on sale if cashiers are not correcting prices when you bring them to their attention? I went to this location today and made the young woman aware that she rang the broccoli up for $1.79 per pound when the actual sale price in the store was $1.49 per pound. She looked at me dumbfounded and did not try to correct it. This is not the first time I’ve noticed things are not the right price in the register. I am an MVP card holder and look forward to savings, especially with rising prices and inflation. When someone brings up that you are overcharging them for something, you need to correct it. I’ve been shopping at this Food Lion location for more than three years and usually have a great experience, but this has definitely left a sour taste in my mouth.

Typical Food Lion. This location has been here for ages. Problem is that it’s in an extremely busy intersection and the parking lot is horrible. There are also only two self-checkout registers, so expect to wait in line for a while. I recommend going there at night. Haven’t had any customer service issues that I can think of. Store is clean and well-stocked. Prices are cheap, so that’s a plus. This is the only grocery store where I can light cream in one quart containers, unlike Harris Teeter where it’s sold in one pint.

Over all this is a good little Food Lion. They do not have all the food stuffs the larger Food Lion, but I am personally happy with the selection of foods. The parking lot is on a hill and they have a limited number of parking spots. The produce variety is not bad. I personally do wish the refrigerated cookie selection was larger I have a thing for peanut butter cookies and they do not carry them. The customer service is good. The vast majority of employees are kind and treat you well. I recommend the store. I will give them a 4.25
