Horriable servise I was in there at 730. Didnt get to me until 10 till 8 and turned me down said they didnt have time to start a new servise.....horriable attitude so I went to walmart family mobile....better prices to

Wasn't bately even acknowledged when I walked in. Had to ask to be helped by someone scrolling on their phone behind the counter. Lady told me I MAY have a virus and gave me a number to call, and said to just get a new phone. Really...?

If I could possibly give this store 0 stars I would have. They let a customer use a stolen Visa/Debit card. They employee stated he new the names did not match and still let the person use the card. Twice !!! What sort of place is this you really have to wonder.
