My phone was doing something odd. I panicked and went to the Wesley Chapel store. Brandon assisted me. He was very knowledgeable, personable and professional. He resolved my issue and assured me that an alien life form had not possessed my phone. He is awesome!

Stopped in after an awful experience at the Indian Land location. Not only did they research my issue, they found a way to help me without breaking the bank. All in all, the best 30 minutes (seriously when have you ever had an issue resolved in 30 minutes) I’ve spent with AT&T. They made my holiday and cleared up a rage migraine beautifully!

Clairysse the manager at the store helped me out above and beyond. I’ve already sent another two friends of mine to her,.. They were also very happy with her customer service. Her staff is trained as well as her. I would recommend this AT&T wireless store to anybody. They are all very Professional and kind.. my friends and I are not the smartest when it comes to the Apple phones she had the upmost patience with us both as well as our staff.. Very quick and efficient. The woman who helped me trade in my phone for the IPhone 12mini was very explanatory and understandable with all the information I need to provide her and so forth. It took 15-20 minutes and am very happy with my purchase!

Great small town customer service and experience. They have the latest and greatest tech, but also the time and expertise to give you first class service because they aren't in a city center or mall where they would be inundated with customer's demanding every second of their time. I walked in knowing what I wanted (replacement Galaxy phone for my old S7) and walked out 45 minutes later with exactly what I wanted, for the price that I wanted it. All of my files, apps, contacts, calendar info, text records, everything was moved effortlessly from my old phone to the new. Thanks for the great experience!

Andrew and Aaron were very helpful throughout the process of upgrading our phones. We usually dread this process, but they made it very smooth and efficient. They both took the time to make sure all questions, comments, and concerns were addressed. They even assisted us in applying the glass screen protectors! Wonderful customer service. We will be sure to make this our primary AT&T store location!

Andrew is an excellent representative for AT&T. He gives very friendly and professional service where even people not comfortable with all the devices can understand and get the information they need. He has set up two devices for me without any problems for me. If he moved to a new location I would go to where he was. He is very personable and competent.
