The drive-up option seems so convenient, but the service desk is hard to reach by phone when an order is incorrect. We were missing half of our >$200 order today and it took multiple lengthy phone calls to get it straightened out (and even then, it was not correct). You can do better, Target.

Cathy at self checkout went over and beyond for me and my mom to ensure we were maximizing our Circle discounts and coupons that we didn’t even know we had within our Target app. She saved us $80 and I just couldn’t believe that we almost missed out 😂 she is so appreciated. This locations always has the best employees who are always smiling and saying hello. Everyone is doing a great job. Keep up the good work :)

Be careful shopping at the Target at Wesley Chapel. We came to this Target to buy an item that was out of stock at other Target stores. The price of the item at Wesley Chapel was $20 higher than other Target stores in the same area. The Wesley Chapel Target would NOT honor the price difference. The manager would not come over to discuss and just spoke through the associate. Very disappointing. Poor customer experience.

I had a delivery order made for my little one who had a cold and one of the toys I picked showed it was the last one. I was nervous that they either didn’t have the item or that or would be gone. I called and I got an extremely nice and helpful employee on the phone who actually went to the isle and found the toy and held it for my shopper. I am just so appreciative that she went above and beyond and because of that she made my little guys cold that much more bearable. I wish I had gotten her name, but if you read this I hope you let your staff know that what they do makes a difference!

Wesley Chapel Target is the best! They are always so Friendly and Kind! They always go the extra step in helping me find a product. It’s always very clean and the shelves are nice,clean and neat.

Amazing service! A woman who I'm sure works there kindly walked up to me and offered to baptize me! She very sweetly led me into the women's restroom and took me into the big stall. She then instructed me to get in the toilet, and I followed. she completed the ceremony, and I couldn't be happier! Thanks Tina!

First off, I love Target and shop there way too often! My only issue is when you purchase something at the regular price, only to find out that 2 days later, it goes on sale, it is quite frustrating. First off: The lady that helped me was extremely nice and very helpful. She gets a 10/10! Previously, when you purchased something at Target at regular price and it went on sale within a 2-week time frame of said purchase, you would be refunded the difference. Now, it's frustrating for the employee and customer, to say the least. You have to "return" your items and then, re-purchase them at the sale price. What gives with this process and who thought this was a good idea? Ironically enough, I purchased something at Costco on 6/16/2022, only to later find out that it would be on sale beginning Wed. 6/22/2022. I went to Costco and was promptly refunded the difference between the sale price and what I had paid. TARGET: PLEASE, BE MORE LIKE COSTCO!
