Great place. In the flooring section, Alex Kraft walked me through all the options for LVP, Carpet, and Pad. He is a professional with great knowledge about the flooring products. I had a great experience at this Lowe's.

I've got to say this used to be a good place to purchase materials and products for your home. But there is no need to ask anyone for help unless you have all day to stand and wait for someone to help you. I needed some aluminum hand rails and the only ones left were at the very top of the isle. So from experience I didn't attempt to get it myself and allow someone the quickly point out that climbing to the top shelf to get an item was just shy of a capital offense. So I politely ask 3 nice ladies if they could get someone to get the railing down I needed, all three times I waited thirty minutes and nobody ever came so I walked out and went somewhere else to purchase my materials. Nobody cares anymore!!! That's the problem. I used to recommend this establishment, NOT ANYMORE!!!!

Store was clean, lots of help around the store. Had everything I was looking for. Wasn't thrilled in the outside garden area, many plants didn't look like they were taken cared for and many of the rose bush's looked in bad condition.

Ordered a washer and dryer, the cord, hookups, etc. It was suppose to be delivered Mon, then they didn't show so it got rescheduled for Tues. Tues the order was canceled because the bank flagged it as fraud, then lowes tried processing the order 2 times after that so it charged the card 2 more times. So the bank canceled the card completely. We ordered it again. It was delivered Sat but they delivered the wrong dryer, the washer is leaking from the bottom and they didn't bring the cord or clamp we ordered. They rescheduled to have it fixed the next day (Sun). Never came. Now rescheduled for Thurs. I feel this will never end. What is happening at Lowes and with their delivery guys (who are a 3rd party). Update: called Wednesday to see if they were still coming Thursday and they didn't know what I was talking about so the guy said he's schedule it for Friday but my mother called and they told her Thursday. So if they don't show Thursday or fix this...

If you ever order an appliance to be delivered to you from here, DO NOT TRUST THEIR DELIVERY WORKERS. I had a refrigerator delivered to my house yesterday, and an employee tried to convince me that I didn't pay the haul-away fee for them to take my old fridge when the receipt they handed me literally said it was paid for. Plus, he wanted me to give him the cash instead of paying the company online, over the phone, or in-store. This man genuinely tried to scam me out of $40, and then when it didn't work he still left my old fridge in my house. If any of their delivery workers ever try to get you to hand them money, ITS A SCAM. DO NOT DO IT. PAY ONLY LOWE'S DIRECTLY.

My 5 year old twins and I placed an order in the store for a refrigerator Sunday 7/31 to be delivered Tuesday. I had a great Sales man named David. I get a call Monday confirming the delivery & installment for the next day between 10-2:30 pm. I have to call at 3:40 to ask where my delivery is. Transferred to a delivery guy, Billy, who said next available was Friday. I call the next day to confirm only to be told it won’t be until august 10. I go in store to get a refund because my family NEEDS a refrigerator & spent over an hour there while they tried to short me my refund Amount while I had receipt in HAND. I have never been so disappointed by Lowes. I don’t know what their delivery system & computer system has going on but it definitely needs to be improved. My family and our community needs better service.

Stacy in home decor was awesome! I have never been here and had an employee offer to help me. Usually you have to find someone to help you. Customer service is rare these days! Ask for Stacy!

Could not get help in Cleaning products. Even went to the front where 4 people were standing talking personal things. I waited as they talked and after 5 mins one girl called and asked if I needed help. She said she would call for someone to help. After 15 mins waiting in section. I went to the front and told her I didn't have help still, I will try another store. She said okay. Luke not her problem. Need training g on customer service and personal talk while people were waiting in line at customer service

I placed an online order and picking it up was a Nightmare. The customer service rep was difficult and then would not tell me what his or her name. They said they do not give out that information. A rude customer service person. Who hired this person? They need to be fired. The pickup area would hang up the phone over and over again. The very last time they picked it up they left it off the hook. I could hear everything going on. If a person doesn't want to do their job, they should quit so someone who does want to work can have a job. A process that should have taken 5 minutes took 20.

Mr. Tom Williams was great in helping me and my husband James, with buying our Storm doors. He made sure they were ordered, delivered, and installed. He was patient, helpful, and very kind.
