I tried to return a pair of Metatarsal boots that I only was able to wear 2 days. They hurt my feet. I was told I could not return they because they had some wear. Yes I wore them to work 2 days. That is what I bought them for. I search the policy for redwing I should have been able to return they. I will never buy or recommend red wing to anyone.

This review is written rather late, given the purchase was made 9/23/20. I always meant to write it, but forgot until I found the receipt today. My experience was top notch. Courtney and Preston assisted me, but most of the help I received was from Courtney. Both Her and Preston had good energy, enjoyed their job, and were glad to help me try on anything until I found what it was that I was looking for. The boots I bought were 2408 8" Brown boots. They're a little snug at first, and they're narrower than I tend to wear, but they've broken in pretty nice. They're steel toe and they're electrically rated. Good boots, but my review is really for the customer service that I received and how good it was. Thank you.

I feel like red wings have gotten worse over the years, they used to last me a couple years and lately I’m lucky to get a year out of them before the soles start to separate and the steel toe blows out, I think I’ll be looking into different boots. Can’t really fathom $300 a year for boots when they are junk after a year. Sad thing is I have 2 pair and alternate them so in reality they last 6 months

Customer service is great there were several people in the store and they helped everyone equally impressive. Great input from staff and they, went the extra mile. Not my first pair of Red Wings but it's been a while!

I only purchased the soles for boots in this store, I have personally purchased the boots before but I am a cheap-o so I chose to return them the first time I bought them but I kept the soles for my boots, they worked in multiple pairs of boots as I have had them for 7 years on the first pair, had no back pain, knee pain, or foot pain while wearing the soles, the reason for this trip is because my pain starting coming back so I assume it's time for new soles. When you walk in you are greeted by an amazing employee and myself knowing what I want said I'm looking for boot soles and he went right to work figuring out exactly what I needed. I needed up leaving with 2 pair of soles. 1 for myself and 1 for my father. Thanks again! See you again in 7 years?
