Staff here is really friendly and nice. The greeter said "Hello! Are you coming my way" with a big smile on her face, so I came in because I wanted a hand sanitizer lotion anyways. I do love their hand sanitizer lotions- as someone who works in the hospital is really good to help keep my hands moistured with all the hand sanitizer I use.

Went in with my partner, and we were treated very well. Ben (I believe was his name) was a very good salesman and attended to us, and even found a scent both of us liked. That man was a whirlwind of sales, he was attending to more than a few people at once and not missing a beat. Good experience, plus none of the strong scents hurt my head and sinuses which they sometimes do.

Was profiled and approached several times by employees for no reason. The 4th time I was approached the employee asked me what I was doing on my phone, connecting to their wifi so I could get my rewards app to work. Made me feel like a criminal for no reason. Maybe because I was dressed in athletic clothes?

I absolutely loved the attitudes of each gracious employee. Jasmine and Nate were absolute dears to me and my great niece. Anything we needed help with they were quick to jump to our help. I love both of these kind people and I would like to make a corporate request for them to receive a promotion.

This review is not a reflection of the company just this store. I love bath & body works and have been shopping with them for several years. My issue is with this store. Employees here are so rude every time I come here. I frequent the other 2 Easton bath & body works stores regularly and never have any issues and every one is so pleasant and welcoming - here is the total opposite. I don't know if its the stressful mall environment or what but it needs to change. Last time I was here I made a buy online pick up in store order and I was at Easton already and didn't want to go back later. I went up to the counter to get it and it wasn't ready. I had no issue waiting I knew it probably wasn't completed. I asked the cashier about how long as I was just going to wait. Her response "when you get an email confirmation that it's ready for pick up." Well obviously! there no reason to be rude and give me a smart answer. Today, I was asking an associate questions about the current sale and the associate just walked away mid conversation and didn't even answer my question, which I found to be rude but that's how this store is. I come here occasionally because stores tend to have different inventory, but try to avoid this one as much as possible. it's not worth the rude associates and bad experience every time!

The semi-annual sale is amazing! We picked up some super good stuff for way cheap! The staff was also very helpful and kind, even during a big rush. I will definitely be revisiting!

I went with my girlfriend and we basically smelled everything in the store lol. Staff was helpful though. It's in Easton so of course it's super busy. Would recommend.

Three different ladies helped me today. All were friendly, and pleasant. Made finding the flavors I needed painless. I would've purchased more, but you were out of stock in a Christmas flavor I wanted. Love the $5.50 sale.

Perhaps one of the busiest stores in the mall. The management has realized this! They have added a line outside the store to help distance people. They offer many options, soaps, and creams here. All of these items would make excellent gifts! Tip: they have many, many sales going on almost all of the time, check them out!
