I'm glad I didn't NEED a prescription filled. If this store is open 24 hours....how come it wasn't open at 8:10 this morning????? SIX customers came & left. AND an employee was waiting outside to start her shift. ALL the lights were on inside the store.

Pharmacy doesn't open until 10 then closed 130-2, now closes for the day at 6!!!!! How am I supposed to get my medicine unless I take time off work??!!??

I used to enjoy going into this pharmacy, but lately, one of the staff who works up front,her name is Sharon,EVERYTIME I go in she spends more time talking about how she can't gain weight, or other random issues,than she does actually doing her job.

I have been coming here since 2018 and at first it seemed okay.Go to go get my prescriptions and leave.Nice process,but after a few months they started getting worse long lines with no one waiting at the window.Then next when I went in there was still no one.Can you believe that,no one in the store just a few customers but now workers.And it has still been getting worse to this day.

Like reviewers, I waited forever to get my prescription filled. I called the pharmacy an hour after my prescription had been sent over and the pharmacist answered and said he didn’t have an order for me, so I told him that there was one sent over and he then says, “oh, we have a voicemail box… call back in an hour and I will check to see if I have your order”. Annoyed, but I said okay. I called back in an hour and the pharmacist hadn’t check yet, but he does so on the phone and says that he does see the order and that it’d be ready in half an hour. I get to the store, wait behind one other person for 15 minutes until it’s my turn and then wait another 10 for them to fill my order!?!!??! Also while I was waiting, the pharmacist spilled something and the tech goes, “ew, that’s disgusting”. Then I go to pay and I had a bottle of cough syrup and two packs of cough drops and the pharmacist refused to check out my other items cause they were “busy”. The store is dirty and run down and I am legitimately concerned about taking medication filled by this store. Avoid!

If it was possible to give 0 stars I would. Waited in line 35 minutes in the pharmacy drive thru, only to realize every car in front of me was not serviced, and had left because no one came to the pick up window. When it was my turn (4:45pm on a Saturday) I pulled up, pressed the call button 3 times. You can see the pharmacy person in there, but no techs apparently. So the call button is ignored. Would have been nice if there was a sign on the window stating that it was closed. Can't get back the 35 mins I waited (and I was initially the 3rd car in line when I pulled in) And I keep getting text messages from CVS asking me when I will pick up. I would love to Have! And I have tried 3 times now in the past week for a new script that I need, and not successful yet.

This is one of THE WORST pharmacies EVER! In fact I'm writing this review while I'm on hold with them going on 15 min now! No one EVER answers the phone and when they do they lie about when your prescriptions will be ready. You can call first thing in the morning and they will give you at least a one hr wait time and when you come to the store 2hours later they'll tell you they are working on it now and will need about 10-15 min. This place should just be shut down.

Treated horrible when I called and was on hold for an hour sick due to having low potassium and my prescription that has been there a month was still not ready. At this point I had been out a day and a half and I could feel my body giving the signs my potassium was low and I was told that there was "no way it could get done today" I stated I was really feeling bad and I need it and they have had the prescription from my doctor but she again told me no way. They also never answer the phone and when they do its at least an hour to speak to someone. I asked about this in store. And was told they dont have the staff to answer. What kind of pharmacy is this?

The pharmacy is awful. The last couple years it has even gotten worse. It takes them at least 2 to 3 days to fill a prescription. Today I was in the drive thru and I was one car back and it took them about 25 minutes to wait on me. Very poor customer service. The in store staff is very nice and polite and well stocked. It is just the pharmacy that is so bad that I'm think im taking my business elsewhere and I hate that. I like the store and have been shopping there for over 15 years.

I tried to call and was on hold for first fifteen minutes before I hung up. I called back about an hour and was on hold for 48 minutes before I hung up again. This is crazy and very frustrating. The drive through takes so long to get through also. I don’t know if they need to hire more people or that they just plain don’t care. Their ratings are in the sewer, yet they do nothing to improve their service. I have to go to CVS because Express Scrips makes me get a three month supply, I don’t know if another pharmacy does that near me. I know Kroger Pharmacy does not. Does anyone from their corporate office ever even check the ratings or read the reviews? It makes me wonder. It’s the worst pharmacy I’ve ever had to deal with.
