Such a disappointing Kroger. Just not a nice store at all. Always dirty and it usually feels chaotic whether you're just walking around inside or trying to navigate the weird parking lot.

Progressively gone downhill. Seems like they are always short staffed and many of the workers are doing 2+ jobs at once. This leaves shelves understocked and many common items empty. Pick up option is no better. Hour long waits on weekend. Seems like they need to pay more to attract and retain talent.

love this kroger. main downside is it gets really busy especially in fall/spring bc of osu.

This is what you’re in for at this poorly managed location. The store is always packed and they rarely have more than one regular checkout open. They close self checkouts on one side because they can’t stay staffed to keep a babysitter on both sides. The shelves are almost always missing popular items or things on sale. The fact that the GM and RGM are still employed is crazy to me. Kroger corporate should be ashamed of this location.

Head elsewhere. Management allows obnoxious solicitors to stand by the exit. Just a really trashy vibe. Like, mate, I'm trying to buy groceries, I don't want to talk about how all three internet providers in this city are garbage. Other than that, it's a pretty mediocre Kroger. Reasonably good selection, but none of the bells and whistles that some other large Krogers have. And others are correct, the lines can get frustratingly long. It's not terrible most of the time, but you definitely don't want to go when it's busy.

I called 2 consecutive times to get an answer to a question. Nobody picked up the phone for nearly 12 minutes in the specific department, so I called back to reach the front desk/customer service. That call rang for 5 minutes before I finally hung up. It was 1:00 in the afternoon. Ridiculous!!!

Worst kroger in the city. It doesn't matter when you show up. 90% of lanes will be shut down. You will wait in line 15-20 minutes. Morning midday or night. Management just does not care at this location. Why are the inner city stores run more smoothly?

I love the low prices and selection, but I’m shopping at Giant Eagle from now on. Too many times I’ve been in the checkout line for 20 minutes or more. The crowded aisles and long lines are bringing out the worst in people. The final straw was this week when a young couple cut in front of an old lady (and a lot of other people) and ignored her—and then they got mad at me for looking over. It felt scary, especially because they were already mad. I’m over it. Thanks to all the folks working there. You’re heroes.

This place has really gone downhill. Poorly stocked and lines are always 20-30 people deep. They don’t have enough workers, which probably means they don’t pay a fair wage. Do better! Probably going to start going to Giant Eagle instead. More expensive, but the lines aren’t nearly as bad.

We have been to Kroger stores across the US, literally. And this has been one of the nicest ones. Nestled in a neighborhood with colonial style housing. The produce and floral layout is superb. All the departments were well stocked and kept. The bakery department had beautiful cakes.
