*Refused to give us our mobile order* I don't usually write bad reviews, but the drive-thru employee we talked to at Taco Bell tonight has given me some great motivation. My boyfriend placed a mobile order pickup through Doordash, and because the lobby was closed, he waited through the drive-thru for about 30 minutes. The heavy traffic, of course, isn't anyone's fault, but 30 minutes (plus the time between placing the order and getting to the location) is definitely enough time to make an order, so we knew something was up when he'd gotten to the speaker and the man claimed they didn't have the order. The man told him to pull up anyways, to which he waited for them just to tell him they didn't have the order again. My boyfriend told them he paid for it, and the lady at the window said there was "nothing we can do," so my boyfriend proceeded to ask if they could make the food he paid for. Shortly after, the man appeared at the window and raised his voice, saying that there's nothing they could do because they don't have the receipt for it. My boyfriend then said he has the receipt, but the man proceeded to argue and said "well, I don't have the receipt. You have it, but I don't." He tried to explain that he could just show them the receipt, and the man blamed my boyfriend for "holding up the line." In effort to not hold up the line, he asked to make another order for what he paid for, and he would just pay for it again and ask Doordash for the refund for his other order. The man angrily and repeatedly reminded him he would have to pay for it, which was known information. He continually talked over him and then called him "f***ing stupid" for making the order. Once he finally received his order (which was made incorrectly, of course), the man immediately shut the door so that my boyfriend couldn't ask for anything else if he needed it. This is the absolute worst service we have ever received at a Taco Bell (or anywhere). A word of caution for anyone who wants late night TBell at this location, it is NOT worth it.

This place was horrible. Went to eat in and had to order off some keyboard thing. We waited for at least 15 minutes while we watched cars go through the drive thru way quicker. People were standing up front, they were all annoyed. I give it a two because the food was ok. The bathrooms are locked for no reason probably so they don’t have to clean them. The floor in the dining area was slippery. A lot of the sodas were either empty or full of foam. Never again.

Waited in the drive thru line for 30 minutes once we got to the window to place an order because the monitor was off. The worker walked away from window and started talking to the other two employees there. There was kids playing in lobby area. The night crew should be replaced they were in regular clothes. Many cars left the line because they weren't trying to take orders they were busy talking and playing. Im from Michigan and this was a terrible experience.

To walk in to pick an order up for a customer and be looked at and then hear she is just a dasher she can wait was highly unacceptable. I am there on behalf of the customer and never does anyone deserve to be spoken about like that. To the "gentleman" with the curly hair learn some manners or find somewhere else to work where you don't interact with the public.

Please take your breakfast signs down if you're currently unable to staff during these hours. It's frustrating to stop in the morning, I've seen this issue at other locations. The inconsistency will affect my willingness to consider Taco Bell as an option.

Worst taco bell service. Place an order for pick up. Get there snd they say its only drive thru now. Funny the app usually says so? Then as I spend the next 10 minutes trying to cancel the order from the app, the crew that ‘couldnt serve walk ins’ is outside smokin blunts and partying. Sorry to be the dorky customer that just wanted the food they paid for, who isnt in a car. Avoid!

For sure not the first Taco Bell I’d want to go to, but it’s sometimes the only one that’s open. It usually has a long, slow drive thru at night. It’s a gamble if the Baja blast at night will taste like Baja (either the soda water needs changed or the syrup bag). I always have to double check the bag since they’ve missed so many times. It’s annoying how they always will make you pull around if you need to add something because while you may have originally ordered it they didn’t mark you down for it and are “busy”. Like how long is it really going to take for you guys to slop together another taco or burrito?

Disclaimer: This is the first good Dinner experience I've had at this location in a long time. Order was complete and reasonably quick. Nothing to complain about. That may not sound like a glowing review, but for this location at 5PM it really is. The breakfast here is reliably good, but in the evenings things get busy, the line gets long, and items get missed.

First of all. Don't curse at your guests. Second, if your out of ice, a note would be okay to put in a window. That makes or breaks a drink for me. Secondly, I don't care what the excuse is, if you don't have the items that get ordered, then refund the order so I can just leave and go somewhere else. Because now I have to contact corporate and wait for my money to be back on my card which is ridiculous. Also your store is as nasty as the way yall talk. Only positive. Dude at the front that wasn't the manager. You did your best and it wasn't your fault. Learn how to deliver good guest service so people end up coming back. Period.

Came to get breakfast, lady at the drive through stated they don’t open til 9am. Okay fine, I just decided to wait in the parking lot for another 7mins. Drove up again at 9:01am, she said they’re not serving food this morning. Why couldn’t she have just told me that from the start?!? Turned the corner and all two employees are just chilling and smoking a cig. Useless establishment
