9 Best fast food restaurant in Columbus, Ohio (OH) 2024

I've honestly had it with ordering at this place. Always a bad experience. I've been overcharged, had food missing and just had raw shrimp this time. Pink on the outside, raw on the inside 🤮. Hope I don't get sick from the one I ate. ~K1utch

My wife and I love this Arbys been going here for years and is our favorite Arbys. We live in Worthington and come to this location on N High St near Graceland. I want to apologize for the quality of the images. My iPhone totally tricked me when I took the photos they looked great but I didn’t check them in photos before eating when I went to review I saw some were blurred out. I ordered the the smokehouse brisket, it’s one of my favorite but I like most of Arby’s combos. They made it perfect! Also ordered a beef N cheddar classic for my wife, she gets the sauces on the side, and you can see they actually listened! We ordered a large curly fry which were awesome, and we both love Arby’s mozzarella sticks they are the BEST. Everything ordered was as good as could be. No long wait in the drive thru line, even got given a free bottle of water at the window. Price was even low, all food costed $20.94 which is good for what we got. I recommend this Arby’s above others if you can make it here. Not too many fast food chains in the area are as good as this location is, not a fan of the area but the Arby’s is worth checking out. ~Corey

This place was horrible. Went to eat in and had to order off some keyboard thing. We waited for at least 15 minutes while we watched cars go through the drive thru way quicker. People were standing up front, they were all annoyed. I give it a two because the food was ok. The bathrooms are locked for no reason probably so they don’t have to clean them. The floor in the dining area was slippery. A lot of the sodas were either empty or full of foam. Never again. ~James

Well the food was edible but definitely not at all filling; there was hardly any meat, cheese, or lettuce. Drive thru was very fast and efficient. Also, what location doesn’t give you sauce if you ask at the window? Poor management by my guess. If you’re craving Taco Bell, I would suggest finding another location. ~Kyle

My entire order was wrong. I only had 3 items and all 3 items were wrong and I can’t take it back because they never gave me a receipt. I ordered a 5 pc tender and got 4pc without my sauce. I substituted Mac and cheese instead of fries. I got fries. I ordered a bowl without gravy. They gave gravy dumped all over the place. ~Janee

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION IF YOU VALUE YOUR HEALTH!!!!!! On Sept 9th my husband went threw their drive thru shortly before they closed and instead of giving us fresh food they gave us the nastiest dried out food that had been sitting so long that the chicken could of broke teeth, but that was not the worst part of it. There was a piece of chicken that was UNIDENTIFIABLE ! At first I thought mabey they fried several pieces together and they stuck that way but the more I looked at this piece it just didnt look like that was possible. I had to take multiple photos of this piece of chicken just to show how strange it actually looked. My husband said the 2 smaller pieces he ate (before we even seen the UNIDENTIFIABLE one) made him feel sick to his stomach . The mac and cheese was disgustingly dry as well. And if this was not bad enough, we paid for 16 piece's and only got 8, there was no biskets and we were missing 2 gravys and one side so we didnt even get half our order!! I have repeatedly tried to get this franchise to answer my complaint and they have done NOTHING but ignore it. ~laura

Great food, jalapeño sliders the best. I've been eating at white castles since I was a kid, they've added alot of great sliders and specialty items over the years. I love the trivia on the boxes, I learn something new with each slider, I have some great castle stories I'd love to see on a box. After a long day at work, there's nothing better than getting a ten sack and cheese sticks. They're usually gone before I get home, the smell is mouth watering. ~Jo-El

Not sure how you screw up as bad as this place does. PLAIN IS HARD TO MAKE! Crazy how this place can be amazing and then terrible. You already know why it's bad one day then great the next. To date, your business has taken nearly 100 dollars from me. In a year. ~BYT

Incredibly rude delivery service. I was ordering because I was hungry in the morning. Someone wrote "Big D" on the delivery bags. Clearly there's no customer service training. Don't you know how that comes off to the customer? Rude as hell. Do not order from this McDonalds. Poor service 0/5 if I could give ~Kiki
