I went here this morning and experienced discrimination from the STORE GM supposedly she is the GM of the store, HER NAME IS LINA. I came in to purchase tobacco products and I was clearly discriminated against, it’s sad because she is supposed to be the GM of the store. I would assume if she is discriminating against customers she is treating her employees even worst. She must be a horrible person with the way she treated me today. I do not understand what I did to get discriminated. She also is not the brightest because she cannot read an ID properly, nor did she even attempt to scan my drivers license that I use going in and out of an airport?? She obviously should not hold the position that she does if she cannot properly do her job. I am reporting this to the BBB as well. I do not believe anyone else should endure the problems brought upon the store GM, Lina. ~Tianna

I didn't wanna leave it was such a nice experience .they have so much to offer. I loved the baked bread isle! They have a loong buffet full of food options and it all looked so delicious. They also have so many drinks and fresh desserts. Ofc you come here to experience and appreciate and uplift another culture so don't expect many American dishes ! Go here you will not regret it. I wish more stores were like this. Let alone the employees were all so nice and eager to help with any questions I had. ~Dene

My husband I wanted to grab a bite to eat before we started to play and decided to stop here. Based on all the other options, this particular place was Lent friendly. I ordered the chicken lo mein and an order of crab rangoon. Both were delicious and piping hot. I love the sauce that comes with the crab. It's a spin of the usual sauce but with a sweet and spicy kick. Loved it. ~Alexandria

I've honestly had it with ordering at this place. Always a bad experience. I've been overcharged, had food missing and just had raw shrimp this time. Pink on the outside, raw on the inside 🤮. Hope I don't get sick from the one I ate. ~K1utch

A wonderful place to host an event. We had a small bridal shower for my sister in the Tavern Room with the afternoon tea menu. The food was superb! Janelle was extremely easy to work with and very helpful for making it a lovely event. Parking could potentially be difficult for larger events, but it was perfect for us. ~Jane

Went in to buy food. They said to order on kiosk. Ordered on kiosk and paid. Waited 1 and 1/2 hour for food. I inquired about my order and the manager said they don't see it. They took my money and never gave my food. I complained to corporate and BBB. None ever called me. I never got my money back. I called my bank they are trying to get through to Wendy's. VERY BAD experience, I will never go to this Wendy's again. ~Fareeha

This place was horrible. Went to eat in and had to order off some keyboard thing. We waited for at least 15 minutes while we watched cars go through the drive thru way quicker. People were standing up front, they were all annoyed. I give it a two because the food was ok. The bathrooms are locked for no reason probably so they don’t have to clean them. The floor in the dining area was slippery. A lot of the sodas were either empty or full of foam. Never again. ~James

Well the food was edible but definitely not at all filling; there was hardly any meat, cheese, or lettuce. Drive thru was very fast and efficient. Also, what location doesn’t give you sauce if you ask at the window? Poor management by my guess. If you’re craving Taco Bell, I would suggest finding another location. ~Kyle

Great food, jalapeño sliders the best. I've been eating at white castles since I was a kid, they've added alot of great sliders and specialty items over the years. I love the trivia on the boxes, I learn something new with each slider, I have some great castle stories I'd love to see on a box. After a long day at work, there's nothing better than getting a ten sack and cheese sticks. They're usually gone before I get home, the smell is mouth watering. ~Jo-El
