Literally the worst Taco Bell in Columbus. Inside hasn’t been open in years and everyone that works here seems to be an illiterate crack head. Do yourself a favor and go to any other taco bell

Really a bad Taco Bell.... They always get lettuce in cheese only, usually I can even pick a shred or two out and understand, but this was like I had asked for "extra lettuce". Most things my girlfriend and ai ordered where either mushy tortilla/ crushy tortilla s included and/ or just pure messy globs of sour scream, even on stuff we ordered "no sour scream". This has been similar to our last two visits. I think we'll take the hint and just not go back... 😢

Stood at the front counter for (7) minutes before I decided to leave. Not one person said hello. Not one person said welcome to Taco Bell. Not one person said will be with you just a minute. Five Workers literally made eye contact and not one word was spoken. Doesn’t surprise me with who was working.

Fast service. The line of the drive through was very efficient. The cashier's were friendly and had no issues. Everything as expected.

I ordered two chili cheese burritos and two soft taco supremes with NO sour cream, so when I got my for they filled my chili cheese burritos with sour cream and it just kind of ruined it for me

I'm curious why this location can never get my order right? I verify no jalapeño sauce 3 seperate times while ordering quesadillas and every time they ignore me.

Terrible place been this way for a long time. Always say the credit machine down very rude staff and manager . I have to drive to a farther Taco Bell to get decent service. Please someone do something about this place. Trash

Well the food was edible but definitely not at all filling; there was hardly any meat, cheese, or lettuce. Drive thru was very fast and efficient. Also, what location doesn’t give you sauce if you ask at the window? Poor management by my guess. If you’re craving Taco Bell, I would suggest finding another location.

I pull up - “servers are down should be back up in 10 minutes” okay no problem, be back in 15. I come back, “we can’t do two orders, we’re short staffed.” Okay… guess I’ll do one big order? I order a chicken quesadilla - “we’re out of chicken.” Okay.. I order 2 steak quesaritos, double grilled, and receive them cold and uncooked. I pull back around an explain my issue, to be met with “I drove two hours to get here and it’s not even my store, I just opened this store a few minutes ago, so I can TRY to grill them, but no promises. The grill doesn’t always work at this location.” Over it. Just give me my money back. Absolutely ridiculous.
