This review applies to grocery store bought frozen White Castles. Being from Columbus, the store bought frozen sliders are terrible and they’re missing the pickle. Fresh, restaurant bought sliders are delicious beyond compare, especially at 3:00am, but the grocery store frozen product is simply a weak imitation.

The rating may be unfair. Went through the drive through waited 10 minutes to get the chance to place my order. Before I placed the order I was informed that it will be about a 15 minute wait. Sorry, I'm not that crazy for sliders. Not a member of cravenation. But they are always slow!

Went there for breakfast and had a sausage, egg and cheese on toast ×2 wife opted for the bacon, egg and cheese on toast (wheat) delicious ,simple and a very good addition to the menu was served hot and fresh the butter on the toast made it all come together, like a home cooked breakfast when you are on the go almost forgot to mention fast also, keep up the good work white castle.

After waiting 45 minutes in line we get to 1st window and pay they let people walk up to the other window where we was suppose to pick the food up, they let them walk up order, pay and wait for food, they said we'll it's a online order(don't you have to pay online if it was online order). Then that also caused other person in a wheelchair to wait also, while you have whole line wrapped around the building. This should never be allowed, it's definitely a safety issue.

I'm here at 7:30pm on 7/22/20 The kid running the place is here by himself it seems and he's doing an amazing job. People keep honking the horn in the Drive-Thru like that's going to allow him to be able to take orders run the cash register cook the food bag it up and hand it to everybody faster. You guys need to give this kid a race whoever was here at that date and time running the show you need to up that boy's pay because he's running this restaurant all by himself.

The service was pretty slow because of the amount of people. But the manager quickly apologized to everyone and said they will get the food out as quick as possible. I enjoyed the explanation as much as I enjoyed the food. I wish more managers would do the same at times.

Always my go-to place when traveling. Quite busy. But they apologize for the wait on my food, and it still came out nice hot fresh. They definitely will be seeing me again.

Great food, jalapeño sliders the best. I've been eating at white castles since I was a kid, they've added alot of great sliders and specialty items over the years. I love the trivia on the boxes, I learn something new with each slider, I have some great castle stories I'd love to see on a box. After a long day at work, there's nothing better than getting a ten sack and cheese sticks. They're usually gone before I get home, the smell is mouth watering.
