Great store, great people! I’ve been a ‘family member’ (aka customer) since my first visit three years ago. Straight away you sense a difference from other bike stores with the way staff greets you upon walking through the front door. No matter what bike you bring in for service or shop for, they are always there to inform you of options to decide what makes the most sense for you. They also go the extra mile to get you back on the trail when your bike has an issue. More than once I came in thinking I was going lose the bike for a few days or more yet after quick inspection, more often than not, they got my bike back in operation for the weekend ride! Lastly, we all want to get good value for our money. Never did I feel this wasn’t the case. Whether it was service options or buying a new bike, Trek Dublin staff were always very fair with the pricing/cost!

I went in to buy an entry level bike and had all my questions answered. A week later after shaving my 2 inch beard an employee greeted me and asked how my marlin 5 was doing. My bike was doing great I just needed some gear and tubes, but that customer service is impressive. I haven't been on a bike in 20 years but it's just like riding a bike... The bike rides great and is actually easier than I remember, but I was a heavier kid and am in much better shape now. I was not sure how often or far I would ride, so if I had to buy again I think I would have gotten the marlin 8 but I'm extremely happy with my purchase. Trek has earned a lifelong customer.

The Trek guys are the best! Took my bike tire in to help get it seated and the employee ended up teaching me about the drivetrain and how to fix my bike. Can’t say enough how thankful I am! I ended up fixing my bike that night off that information and rode the next day! Will definitely go there for everything I need!

I was so very pleased with my recent service on my Trek Madone 5.2. Lead Tech Paul did a GREAT job for me. He serviced my bottom bracket. Creak totally gone now! And then two days later he straightened my rear hanger and fully adjusted my shifting. Front and Rear. He also must have tightened/lubed my rear hub/cassette because the free wheel is SO MUCH quieter now. Finally he installed a new rear tube as I was too lazy to do it myself. Figuring I was taking my bike to Trek, might has well have them do it.....ha, ha.Both service works were done within 24 hours. I received a text indicating work was completed. The prices were reasonable. My bottom bracket final charge came in less than the estimate. All in all, I can't recommend Trek of Columbus enough to folks. They were excellent. Oh, and on my second visit, I arrived 30 minutes early before the store opened. (Didn't know their hours). As I waited at the door with my bike, Paul arrived to begin his day. As he didn't want me to fry in the hot morning sun, he just went ahead and took my service request.....along with my bike. Wow that's good service! I didn't even have to go into the store. Kept me from having to wait until the store opened. I really appreciated that Paul.

I recently purchased a used bike. Prior to listing the bike, the seller had $400 of service done at Trek Sawmill including brake pads and rotors. I have a copy of his receipt dated 6/7/22. He told me he thought the brakes were acting funny so he had returned to Trek and was told this was normal for new brakes. I was surprised they would return a bike to a customer without bedding in the brakes, which I assumed was the issue after a quick test ride . After riding about 40 mi and attempting to bed them, the brakes were still noisy and lacking stopping power. Turns out Trek installed the front caliper upside down so the pad was 1. Glazed 2. Only making partial contact with the rotor, hence partially stopping.I have never stepped foot in a Trek store and yet their incompetence cost me $80 and had me riding an unsafe bike. They allowed the seller of my bike to leave their store a second time without making sure their work had been done correctly and the bike was safe to ride. I would be very weary of any shop that guarantees a 24 hour turnaround on service. It’s much more important that a shop take its time and take your concerns seriously….there’s many small, local bike shops in Columbus that will.

Such great service. I went in looking for a bike that I knew they had in stock from the Trek website. The sales person was helpful and got me set up for a test ride without being pushy. He also answered my questions and handled a couple customers at a time expertly juggling everything that was going on on a busy day. I was pretty bummed that the bike I actually wanted was available at a different Trek location in the city as after all the help I got I really wanted to make the purchase at this location.

Came in knowing nothing about what we actually needed. We paired up with Alex, and he was fantastic. Really broke down the different models, let us sit on a few to get sizes. And we were convinced enough after talking for 30 minutes to just place the order. I like the idea of a reliable shop nearby, and the level of expertise and friendliness will have me coming back for everything. Really can trust anyone here, can’t wait for our new bikes !

The Trek store in Dublin is awesome. Large store with plenty of room to browse bikes and accessories. The salespeople were knowledgeable and the service department helped me get my bike back on the road. They can work on any brand bike, and the price for reconditioning my bike was very reasonable.
