Prices are ridiculous! They are trying to get rich out of things that were donated to them. I understand they're trying to make money to build house. But, a lot of people go there to shop there on fixed incomes. They want worse than brand new prices for something that's not worth much at all. It's bad. I won't go back!!!

Terrible terrible prices. What in this store full of "DONATED" items demands the huge price increase. Its CRAZY AND INSANE what things are prices at now. I used to love dropping by but now its cringy. There should be a regulation on resell items.

I would've given this place a four star before today I used to love this place and have always spoken positive regarding Habitat for Humanity. I went in to day with my husband and our jaws dropped at the price increases and the asking prices literally left me feeling very angry. This isn't fair. I'm not going to even go into detail why or how. Everyone can clearly see this. I will no longer be shopping here. I can get new stuff at these prices minis their 2% discount for used/donated items. No way. I am disgusted. I realize that it's trendy to reuse items. You all took part of the fun out of it tho. It's too bad.

Great place for rehab items. A little pricey depending on what you're looking to get.

Stop by to drop off application for assistance. When I asked for assistance I was taken to an office where a lady was on the phone and was directed to speak with her however she never acknowledged me and never got off of the phone after I was standing there. I then took my application to the post office and mailed it.

They want donations. I have donated many items and some new over the years but never again. Hauled a dresser up to them and waited 30 minutes to get to unload. Watched a trailer full of trash get unloaded and taken in but they refused a dresser from me and other bedroom furniture because of a small scratch. Do not waste your time. I have found plenty of other very good charities in the area that are glad to take gently used items.

I am truly disgusted by the prices. These are donated products to help others, and they are charging brand new prices. When you do this, people will sell their items on FB marketplace instead of donating!!! I will not be returning, because you are literally helping no one but your own financial standing. If you would price a donated couch around $200 or $300 you would have that money to help those in need instead of having an $800 couch that is not being purchased and is helping no one!!!

This place is going all profit. The price for the stuff they have (that they pay nothing for ) is higher then some retail. It's sad they will be out of business because some higher ups want a bigger house at the expense of the one that can afford retail price. Will not be returning to any of they locations. (Update this store is owned private and the people that work there get to set the price. Someone is putting cash in they pocket instead of the money going where it's supposed to go.

Older man at front counter is very off putting with his tone and demeanor. Downright rude about stores mandatory mask policy Pricing on used cabinetry is out of line compared to other locations. Would have bought multiple random cabinets on floor but prices too similar to new and pricing not negotiable. Disappointing.

I left work early to visit this store on August 12th (closing time was 3:00). I was so disappointed in my visit due to one particular employee. He was working up front at the register, a tall, older white man. He constantly shouted out the store closing soon (still, 20 minutes of shopping time left). I was abiding by the mask policy noted on the front door ( see pic). I was fully vaccinated therefore no mask required. This same employee comes up to me with a box of masks and orders "Masks are optional. I'd like you to wear a mask." He was rude, demanding and menacing. He kept stating that masks were optional so many times that I wondered if he understood the definition of optional. I told him I had my own mask and then put it on, a bit stunned my this man's manner. A short time later I witnessed him berate a young woman who told him her Uber was on the way. He said to her loudly "Don't you have a cart full of stuff?" This all happened before 3:00. I was a retail manager for many years and you don't expect to have the store empty at closing time. Boy was I sorry I left work early for that experience.
