Fifth time we’ve ordered from this location and every time more than half the order is wrong or has spoiled ingredients in them. Ordered 4 sandwiches, 3 came without cheese, one bravo turkey bacon was literally turkey, tomato, and rotten emerald greens on the wrong bread. The bread was wet. When we called Panera customer service they said this location is independently owned. Definitely steer clear of this location. Their standards are terrible. In addition, they state they close at 8pm, but locked the doors at 6pm today. A Saturday.

This location is easily the worst Panera I have ever had to deal with. Unfortunately it's also the one close to me. Their customer service is awful. Orders are almost always incorrect, missing items, or prepared wrong. When going in to pick up, in store pickup orders are always 20 to 30 minutes late, at a minimum. And I only ever get it when I run out of patience and ask one of the overworked employees to help me. I cannot recommend using this Panera. Go out of your way to a different location. This one is consistently awful and the worst in the city.

Bought a spicy chicken sandwich(the one in the commercial with fried pickles) and this is what you get for $10.99, per sandwich. They were also thrown in the bag sideways. Chicken was also extremely dry, like it had been sitting under a lamp all day. We got home and realized they forgot the chips. This was our first time trying Panera and will be our last. Never again. Stopped early in the morning for breakfast on the road. The young man working the register gave us some recommendations for non-messy food to eat while driving and was very helpful. Restaurant was clean and staff was polite.

I wish if i can leave zero star for this location I ordered half dozen bagel and chesse for curbside pick up my order was ready at 12:10 Thats what the app said !! I checked 3 times on the app (I M HERE ) waited in my car until 12:25 no one came with my order so i went to the store and asked for my order they told me oh we didn’t make it and they didn’t even see it its took them awhile to find it on the screen and they told me the bagel u picked is sold out ! Ya of course they sold them between 12:10-12:25 Almost all kinds sold out really!!! When I went to the store both ladies on the chashier were talking to each other and not working at all so they weren’t busy or anything to do my order Just lazy careless workers !!! I will never go there If u want waste your time and not get what u ordered go there !!!!

This is not the place to go if you want to be served competent people in a reasonable amount of time. First, while I was at the coffee kiosk the clerk loudly proclaimed, “sir, your card was declined!” Loud enough for that half of the store to hear. It was a glitch with their computer as the next register didn’t decline the card. That behavior would get you written up in my business. Second, I inquired about decaf as I could see there was none in the kiosk. The clerk indicated that a coworker was brewing it as we spoke. After waiting several minutes, it turns out they were not. The clerk flat out lied to me. That’s not a mistake, that’s malice. That should get you fired.

Pickup breakfast order this morning not happy at all. Box of bagels had all the bagels sliced incorrectly plus coffee had no creamer (s) at all. Please see receipt and pictures.

Broccoli Cheddar Soup & BBQ Chicken Sandwiches here are the best here! Their charged lemonades are so good & refreshing. Food is a little pricey but I’ve never had a problem with the quality of my meal. Staff is really nice and store is clean everytime I stop in

Bagels are so small now. Only a 2 star because prices havent gone up. The wait is pretty bad at this location and the orders get messed up routinely. Disappointing

Food was hot. Portions are fair. The salads are fresh. There isn't much to complain about. I LOVE the cinnamon crunch bagel. Every time. We were traveling, and Panera is a trusted pull off for clean bathrooms, fair prices, free water and a spacious inviting dining areas. This would be a 4, but we ordered an hour before we got there, and waited 20 minutes. I know the world is understaffed... but that's pushing it.
