We was never given our account number after buying service on two phone. The woman never asked for a mailing address but she signed us up for paperless billing but didn't get no email so I'm not sure how I signed up for something like that with no email. Phones are wonderful but the rep could've done a little better when setting up service and doing paper work because we got nothing after service was set up. No paper work no nothing. Also asked about a discount for the company I work for she took my paystub typed a few things in but never said anything about said discount. When I called today and asked her about our account number she stated she had given me everything and when I told her she was wrong she got an attitude and told me I’d have to come into the store to get my information…

The visit was okay. I gave them five stars because they actually took time to talk to me but did not give me the answers I was looking for. He logged me out of Facebook and messenger and when I tried to get back in took me two days because they could not find me by my name email or password. But other than that it was good.

I had an issue with an upgrade on one of our phone lines. I spoke with customer service and went into a corporate store as well. The last few days I have spent several hours on the phone trying to get my issue resolved. I decided to come here and see if they were able to help me. I explained my issue to the ladies that were working today, and they were able to resolve my issue with one phone call. I want to thank them for their exceptional service, and taking the time to listen to me, then make sure I was able to upgrade my service. The level of service I received was second to none. Thank you!!

I had a great experience with upgrading to a new iphone 11 and getting my data transferred to my new phone. I was very happy with the sale representative. Mason Hart very very nice and helped me reduce my bill payment as well.

Sign on door says closed for renovations. I tried calling ahead and just got a message that the voicemail box had not yet been set up. A message to alert me of the closure would have saved me a trip.
