Good store with variety of products. We usually prefer this location for lamination and buying folders and related supplies. Good customer service and ambience.

Although the store was dead there was 3 employees working back where the copiers were just talking away while 2 customers stood up at the front for over 15 minutes waiting and yet nobody showed up I set my step down and walked out I don't think that's very good customer service is ridiculous when you have 3 employees you're paying on your time to work there and they can't even help your customers I'd be looking for new employees I guess I'll be going to office Max more often now If this is the kind of service I can expect to see in the future

Called ahead to make sure my ink for printer was in. Yes. So I got there had to hunt someone down then they had to scan barcode and go to back to get it. Then looking for other things and couldn't get help. The man at reg. Was rude and short tempered. Don't know if this store is always like this or not but wow.

We spoke with Mark at the print station and he was amazing to work with! He was patient and kind and beyond helpful!! He went above and beyond to help us with our printing needs! Give this man a raise!

Not sure if it’s the whole store, but the print center employees are racist. My girlfriend(who is black)walks in at 7pm asking if she can get 3 copies of a presentation spiral bound. They rudely tell her it’s too late and wouldn’t be ready until some time the next day and couldn’t give her a time. I walk in 15 minutes later(I’m a white male) and ask for the same thing and it’s no problem and will be ready in 30 minutes. Please tell me how this isn’t blatantly racism?

This visit to the Staples store near Mason was really nice. We were greeted by a very friendly lady once we entered the store. I mentioned 'markers' to my daughter as she continued to another aisle and a really nice guy spoke up and said I'd find the dry markers, starting from a position he indicated to another area where the permanent markers began. He was sure to tell me that he'd be close by if I needed anything else. Not pushy or intrusive. Just pleasant, friendly and helpful. Good job Staples. You have a winning team there.

This was easily the worst Staples I have ever been to. As I walked in there wasn't a single person in sight I thought the store was closed but it was only 6pm on a Wednesday. As I shop it smells as of they were pumping fragrances through the air ducts. I finally see an employee and I jokingly bring up the smell and he laughs and tells me the manager Vapes so I thought it was a joke. Then I go to check out and as this employee checks me out this 17 year old kid comes up behind the counter and says "sup bro" to me who is clearly older. Then come to find out he was the MANAGER what kind of manager does that! Ridiculous never shopping again.

The staff was helpful even when I wasn't entirely sure what I was doing, lol. I had to print some art of varying sizes and didn't have them on a flash drive. They directed me to an email where you can send images for print, helped me pick the paper and printed the images until I was happy with them. I had a coupon that should have worked but didn't so they honored that as well. Printing is usually a hassle but this was really a smooth experience.
