Just recently went shopping for a new Weber grill after 20 years. Stopped at the Miamisburg store and met Sean, the assistant manager, to get some details about a new grill. After an excellent "show and tell" we bought the E325S. Free assembly, free delivery. All told a great experience, better than the big box store by 100%. Kudo's to Ace & Sean

Everything is more expensive there for no real reason other than it's a hardware store. I would buy more from there but it's almost 20 bucks for any one thing other than a pop or something small.

I really like buying local. Called ahead today to see if they had an item, was on hold for over 15 minutes, then got disconnected from their end. Calling back, I was told they probably had it but I should come in and look myself. Why was I on hold for 15 minutes? Super low rate service from Ace.

The people who work at this store are always great. I needed a battery in a garage door opener today. If not for Scott, I wouldn't have been able to change the battery. He did it for me and was so kind! He went above & beyond. I love this store.

A nice clean store, reminds me.of back in the day. Big difference is talk about over kill on Security/Security devices. I was shocked cause it seemed everything had a security tag! You have to walk passed everyone in line to leave. Staff is very friendly.
