Generally speaking TA need to do a better job with their cleanliness,especially their restrooms and showers. Lot of truck drivers, driver trucks by choice, not because it’s a last option. So we know and deserve better quality restrooms and showers. And based on my visit to most TA including this one, “That all the truckers serve.” Their restrooms and showers barely meets the minimum standards. And their customer service is just bad. restaurants and their shop earn them my three points….other than that it’s one for fuel.

Very nice and clean Popeyes was good has Burger King Starbucks in the country fried restaurant they were all open Verizon store truck service

I can't really give it good or bad review as I didn't go inside for anything. However outside was very clean, excellent landscaping and attentive workers working diligently outside. Parking lot was busy as usual. I wish the old ways would come back and a better menu.

Had APU issues, which ran my power down...unable to start my truck. Truck service couldn't get to me for about an hour and a half...was able to purchase light weight jumper cables, and I was able to find an awesome fellow driver, to help me get started again. The store was amply stocked and staff were friendly.

The sweetest girl ever works at the front counter! For some reason my coffee didn't cost me anything the very first time I ever came inside. And that was a great thing not only for me but great for your business. Now I go outta my way to buy my gas here and always get my coffee and snacks here. They haven't been free since but I don't care! The sweet girl is why I always come back! David C.

What a disgusting, rundown truck stop. Pumps leak diesel, fuel hose is cracked, can see through to metal wiring inside; trash piled high, lights broken. The Manager needs to manage the place better!

The best TA I have ever been to so far. Huge and clean! A really nice laundry room, 2 drivers lounges, huge clean restrooms, nice gift shop, and it had a Popeyes, Starbucks, Burger King and a Country restaurant!! Shout out to the owner and workers for keeping this place a priority!

Great stop on way to Cleveland. huge parking lot and have car washing center. It has burger King,Popeye and Starbucks coffee eatery and all them were operational and following covid guide line. Restroom were clean.It also has shopping centre.
