Finally after DAYS of dealing with Cricket Customer Service attempting to get this issue resolved the local owner, Chris, was able to get the overcharge corrected. This changed the review rating from 1 star to 3 stars. Chris was able to resolve my issue and refund the $150 overcharge. Thank you. I appreciate your assistance in resolving this. I've learned through this process that the "authorized retailers" are completely separate entities from Cricket. This does not sit well with me as most of my issue seems to have stemmed from poor internal communication within Cricket and between them and their authorized dealers. I also need to say, Cricket Customer Service is the WORST! Spent more than 5 hours trying to work through this. I was waiting for the internal team to respond, but I can’t get any any contact information for the ‘internal team’. “They only do outbound calls”. This internal team NEVER reached back to me in regards to my ticket number. Clearly cricket doesn’t care about customers! Original Review written on 9/30 (1 star) I feel personally victimized by my experience at this cricket. I was upgrading from an Iphone 5S (very old 3G device) and upgrading to an Iphone SE. My husband did the transaction the day before at a different store and was give two different discounts for $150 each reducing his phone to ~$100 +tax. We had horrible customer service during his transaction and decided to go to a different store to get my upgrade. We were told that the second of the $150 discounts was a mystery. That this was not supposed to be there and that I was not eligible. The store clerk, Connor, was even adamite with his boss on the phone that my husband left the store yesterday with a RIDICULOULY underpriced phone! So given that this egregious discount was erroneous, I paid closer to $250 for the exact same transaction my husband did the prior day for $100. Only to receive a text directly from cricket, hours later, on my new Iphone SE, advertising to me a $99 Iphone SE when I upgrade. (AKA the discount I had not been eligible for hours earlier). So I visited the store the next day. This time Connor informed me that we could not "return" the phone from yesterday and upgrade to the $99 Iphone SE instead. I was completely willing to pay the $25 restocking fee, and at least get $125 of the $150 discount I was supposed to get. Alas I could not, for you see Connor informed me that I would not be eligible for the SE discount because I had already upgraded away from the 3g device and would not be eligible in the computer for the discount. Then he LIED to me stating that he told my husband and I yesterday that I WAS eligible for the discount, but for some reason the computer wouldn't generate this. As I mentioned above this was NOT what he informed us the prior day! I'm not sure how or why Cricket would advertise a discount to me (after my upgrade) that I would not be eligible for. Seems like either a computer system disconnect, which a store clerk should be willing to try to fix, or perhaps this is was all completed with malicious intent because we had complained about another cricket location and employee. Preparing now to sit on hold with cricket customer service. My husband was on the phone yesterday with customer service for over an hour with no assistance.

Kaylyn was awesome. I had read the reviews before and didn't know it was her until I was about to leave and asked her. She was very friendly, professional and helpful. Told her what I was looking for and she helped me find what I was looking for and I even came in $50 under my budget! Check out was easy and fast. Over all best experience I've ever had in a phone store!

Went in here to get a phone and plan for my dad for Christmas. Straightforward, no hassle,was able to get everything done right away, price was right. I just wish they wouldn't show you the most expensive plan a d phone the moment you walk in but any phone store is going to do that. This place is conveniently located close to my house

The blonde girl that is currently working there is very knowledgeable and is really good about working with you. She helps you figure out what phone is best for you as well as finding the best option that fits your budget. 10/10 recommend this store and going in to see her. You won't be sorry.

The guy that works there is just the best! I wish I knew his name - younger, tall, nice looking fella'.. (You know who you are 😉). They got great deals for new customers and their service is not bad at all, like less than Verizon but better than Sprint.
