I want to share with you an experience that I had in the Toledo Ohio Hill and Reynolds store there is a lady there and I believe her culture is Indian or Asian and I went in one day to pay my bill my grandchildren was in the car again here is that store that makes a lot of money off of us their products yet they don't have equipment that works such as this day I went in after paying my bill she went on to tell me she needed to go to the back and print off my receipt because the printer in the front at the register did not work so I asked her if she could just please hurry because I had two children in the car my grandchildren although they were in eyesight anything can happen and at this point we began to exchange words she called me a b**** and that made me very upset first of all it's very unprofessional and she's had several complaints but still remain in the store as an employee how is that then because I called her one back she decided she going to tell me she was going to call the police on me I in turn told her please do I went to another store close by and spoke with a young lady who told me that there have been several people coming to her store complaining about this young lady again she's still there and running a business cannot be so desperate for help that you just allow anyone to run your store and this is an example of what is exactly happening at this Metro Mobile store they need to fix things and definitely get her out of there

I go in here all the time ! Diamond and Vi are the best! They helped me set up my new iPhone 11 that I purchased everything was smooth lots of laughs and very professional. I love that they had patience with me. This metro is a yes to go to!

This location has a culture of poor customer service and rapport. Have gone there multiple times only to be insulted by the disrespectful and dismissive treatment from the staff. Employees at other Toledo Metro PCS locations have even told me that this location has a long history of poor treatment to its customers. I went into this store today (10 minutes before closing, I'll admit), simply to inquire about prices on a new phone, which I hope to buy soon. I was treated horribly by the guy that was there. He complaining about being closed for the evening (early, I remind you) and having to do inventory. This is not the first time that I've been made to feel under valued as a customer at this location. The only reason why I've gone back is because it is so close to my home. But that won't be happening anymore. I'm willing to drive out of my way for better service. Me and my money deserve the best.

I usually go into this store and recieve wonderful service from the staff. This one particular day i chose to go in, a man tried to sell me a phone for 70$ i was going to pay my bill with. (My bill is 53$)When i declined he then proceeded to ask his coworker did he have any 5's. As he hands me my change back he counts it twice yet only hands me 7dollars? I counted it myself thinking maybe he put the 10 at the bottom and i didnt see it. But he didnt and say it was a "honest" mistake. Count your money when before leaving this store i just want others to be aware.

I came into the store and explained to them the situation I was having with a different carrier and they took care of me. I switched over to metro pcs I got friendly service excellent customer service. I recommend metro pcs to everyone. I got an excellent deal on a new phone and activation. Darian Barker, I had exactly the same experience and was scammed on the price I paid. I bought an LG Stylo 3 ($149.99), an LG Aristo ($130.00 - $80.00 in store discount which makes the cost of the phone $50.00). I also purchased a 'Heavy-Duty 9h Tempered Glass screen protector' for both phones. I did not change service plans. I did not change phone numbers. I did not add a line or anything other than upgrade our phones. My bill should have been (I am being generous): $150.00 + $50.00 + $10.00 +10.00 = $220 now add sales tax $15.95 (7.25%) my total bill should have been $235.95. But Franco charged me $300.00 then failed to hand me an itemized receipt. He stole 64.00 from me. My advice is just be aware. The service IS awesome, Franco is polite and quick to serve. However, he is also a fast talking scam artist.

Bought a phone with the 50 dollar plan and the wireless hotspot, which was supposed to be unlimited 4GLTE. Was unable to use the phone at all. Could not get service inside any building and when outside the service was only 2 bars max even when near a T-Mobile Cell tower. Metro has a 7 Day MetroPromise return policy that states: Within 7 days if you are not satisfied and the product is returned in in like new condition with less than 1 hour of talk time, you will receive a refund in full. Upon returning my device, I was told since I did a factory reset to rid the phone of my personal info that they couldn't tell my talk time. They called customer service and were supposedly told that they could not provide them with my talk time. I insisted that they check and ask how to see the talk time on the phone. It was right in the phone log because it is tied to the internal storage as well as on the sim card, when I handed the customer service rep named Franca the phone, he hit reset so it showed zero and said "See, 0 0 0". To avoid escalation and to avoid getting angry enough to justify getting arrested I said whatever. I was then told that there would be a 20 dollar restocking fee, contrary to what customer service said when I called that I wouldnt be charged any fee and be refunded in full. I paid 16 dollars in cash and 71 dollars on card. I instructed them to give me the cash, and take the 20 dollars from the card but was told that I had to get my refund on card and was refunded the remainder on card which may take anywhere from 2-3 days according to them. The agents at this store will tell you anything to sell you service and give you a hard time when trying to return your device when it doesn't do anything that you were told it can do. They are on par with the ethics and morality of a buy here pay here used car salesman from the 1980s. Do not do business with them or metro. My plans were to wait until I was paid and purchase a better phone in the hopes that it would work better but upon seeing their business ethics and their lack of morals I will never do business with them again. It should have been a Red Flag when I called before purchasing the phone, that all the questions I had asked that I should contact customer service because they could not provide me with the info i needed over the phone. Stay away, get Cricket if you are interested in a good service provider, or Sprint, ATT, Verizon or tie two dixie cups together with a piece of string. Hell, you might have a better chance contacting someone by just randomly walking down the street shouting their name. Cannot wait until they respond to my review with their more than likely dismissive response telling me why I am wrong like a crooked politician.
