Terrible employee remove the wrong battery for my warranty and now the battery that I have does not show. Was told battery was not on my warranty page and it was nothing they could do wth...but physically had battery on front of them.....will never buy another battery from auto zone.... Advance auto just got a new customer !!!

I gave this location such a high rating because all the guys and girls that work there are extremely informed and very effective at their job however I've never even seen or met the manager. I can assure you that the assistant manager is an extremely knowledgeable man and should be promoted. This location is close to my home and I use it all convenience one and for their excellence in service as well.

What kind of automotive store and staff is totally unable to give someone a jumpstart?. No jumper pack was available or even cables. The staff just played stupid and said some stuff about people stealing.

Great service, Jesus Trevizo definitely was a big help. He helped me find the right parts! I had gone to every store and none had the correct part and their service wasn’t as great but at this autozone, Jesus really outdid everyone!

Nathan was not only very professional but he was also kind when we came in with car problems last night. He greeted us immediately and seemed truly eager to help. VERY RARE nowadays!! Clearly an employee who loves his job and is grateful to have one. Good service is an attitude that starts at the top of the company - nice job Auto Zone!!!

The guy at the counter was nice and helpful, but the manager was young and probably new. Manager interjected, was unhelpful, and didn't know what he was talking about. The guy I was initially working with kept trying to help, but the manager would cut him off and contradict what he was saying even though he was right.

Trent is "THE BEST". He was pleasant, sold me the correct item, and was VERY professional...and " NO"..i don't know him personally. GREAT JOB TRENT!!!!!
